Very peaceful! The location of the house is very good, there is a market right across the street and it is very close to the bazaar and restaurants. The garden is incredibly pleasant, you can spend the whole day. The house is very adequate, almost a summer house. But most importantly Efi is an incredibly sweet person. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. She made lemonade for us with her own hands! We would definitely want to stay at Efi's house again.

We were really satisfied. It was in a nice place with olive trees quite close to the sea. It was quite clean. Thank you Mr. President and his wife.

Mr. Berke's communication was very good, we thank him. He solved the minor problems immediately. He greeted us warmly and with a smile. The location of the house is close to the beautiful sea. The building was brand new and useful. I was only disturbed by the music on the beach until late in the evening, there is nothing to do about it. There is a parking problem because it is crowded. Apart from that, it was nice that it was close to the sea, the house was useful, the building was not crowded and there were places to walk nearby. We felt like our own home.

She can't be a better and caring hostess. If you go to Cunda, you can choose this place without looking at other places. Rest assured, this is the best place for you in every way.

A beautiful comfortable spotless house , much bigger thanit looks in the photos , in the center of Eressos , within walking distance , very quiet,with perfect room temperature (I didn't have to turn on the air conditioning) , Mrs. Mary and Mr. Cleomenes are sweet, kind and inspiring people ! It's an honor and a pleasure to meet you,thank you so much for everything , we'll see you next year in magical Eresos !!

Although we had a lot of parking problems for vehicles throughout Ayvalık, it was a great comfort that the house offered us at least 2 parking spaces, the house was the same as in the photos, it was very useful and clean. The host is very interested and responds quickly. It was very sweet of them to give local advice. It was peaceful to have a small garden area in front of the house. I would like to thank Ms. Nazife for her interest.

The house was very clean and tidy, the tavern and the beach close to the house are very nice. We had a great time in the garden, it is a very safe area for children, it was great to watch the stars at night. There is a small market in Scala, 7-8 km nearby for those who go, it is only necessary to pay attention to the siesta time.

A cozy two-story house in the village. Lots of nice little details in the design. The house has everything you need for life. A car is a must for traveling around the area. The house is located in a traditional village. You can feel the spirit of life of the villagers.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this is by far my favorite place. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

The house is high up by the castle and looks just as pictured. The balconies with views are great. Great with shutters, gets dark when sleeping. The property is upstairs of the house. Easy to park for free near the castle. We were 5 people so one slept in the dining room. Cute cats on the balcony. If you like staying in genuine homes, this is great.

The house was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the host, Mr. Volkan, helped us a lot with everything, we were very satisfied, I would definitely recommend

Ali and Filiz welcomed us very warmly and showed us the same warmth until we said goodbye. With their treats and hospitality, they made us feel as if we had visited a close acquaintance. This made our stay more comfortable and safe. The location of the house was one of the best locations to stay in Assos in our opinion. The village restaurant and grocery store are within walking distance. The house is in a quiet village away from the noise and 10 minutes by car from Kadırga bay. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the garden of the house both in the morning and in the evening. While Ali was helping us with the barbecue, Filiz did not deprive us of her delicious appetizers. Also, if you want to buy meat, follow Ali's advice:) We would like to thank them for always helping and accompanying us on our extremely enjoyable trip. We would like to visit them again as soon as possible :)

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was just as shown in the listing photos. The house was clean and tidy, and we didn’t have any issues with the bathroom or the kitchen. We were very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and were extremely happy with the comfort and standard of the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and the place was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. There was also washing machine and dish washer. The pool area was beautiful and we often had this to ourselves. The sunsets each evening we’re beautiful. The apartments are located mid way between Molyvos and Petra, each were around 30 mins walk from the apartment to beaches and tavernas. The beach at Petra has plenty of free sunbeds in return for using the tavernas. There is a beautiful pastry and ice cream place 5 minutes walk towards Petra that also did coffees and alcoholic drinks. It was lovely to sit there and watch the sunset. The whole area had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely like to return here sometime and would highly recommend staying here.

Joanna’s place was more than we expected so spacious bright clean and well equipped, I highly recommend her studio to couples or families. Joanna and her parents were super responsive helpful and kind. We would love to go back again when it’s swimming season!

Great value for money. Although the neighborhood where the house is located is not very well known, it is very close to the center of Mytilene. The house contains everything one might need and more. The only disadvantage is that it is on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator, which, although it was not a problem for me, may make it difficult for people with reduced mobility.

Тhe house was really good, cozy, perfect view, amazing sunsets, clean and warm pool. The hostess is a smiley charming person. We had a cold white wine waiting for us as a welcome drink. They clean the place regularly and change sheets and towels. What else could e person want?!:) Evcharisto! :)
