This was a nice space and a great place to stay.

Derrick and Thy were very helpful when one of us left an electric toothbrush. They contacted the cleaners so we could get it from them.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. We travel to Oxford to visit our daughter often and this by far was the most comfortable and walkable to the square. We felt at home and Wendy was awesome to work with. We will book again for sure. Beds are so comfortable and she has thought of everything that you might need.

Cute place. Family enjoyed the location and covered space to grill and hang out. The beach is just a couple of minutes walking distance from the house and so is Felix's.

Convenient location to Oxford and Ole Miss campus in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, large fenced backyard which is perfect if traveling with a dog. Plenty of space with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The place does need a deep clean but wasn't overtly dirty. We didn't contact host because we did not spend much time in the townhome or use the kitchen, except for coffee. Cassidy was very responsive and friendly with all communications.

This place was everything I could have hoped for in an Airbnb. Nice living area, great kitchen space, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The nearby restaurants and shopping areas was a major plus. The host was very quick in response to any questions, needs or concerns. Would definitely book here again!

This is a beautiful home and the hosts have thought ahead of everything that you need. From snacks to a stocked linen closet to cold water in the refrigerator- they take care of their guests. The host is very responsive for any hiccups that may arise. Great stay!

3 bed, 3 bath. Great layout for our group of 6! Rowandale is a great easy location accessible to everything in Oxford! Kim is a great host!!! Beds super clean . Closets very large!!! Easy access with the keypad. Only thing is there is no Keurig. Just regular little pot.. overall excellent stay!

This location was ascetically pleasing My girlfriend loved the decor, it was clean and spacious. Loved the privacy of the place. Look forward to booking again when in this area. The host were gracious, communicative, and very pleasant. She gave us a mini tour and all info we needed for our stay. Thanks Ms T.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary Ellen & Bobs and had everything we needed for a great stay. The home was beautifully decorated, had super comfortable beds & nice linens & bedding. Having a washer & dryer was great as well. While there we were able to sit outside & watch the golfers during the day & the deer in the evening. Would definitely recommend this location. *I would like to note that both bedrooms are upstairs in the event that someone reading this is unable to climb stairs.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well taken care of. We had a group of 8 and always had plenty of room to hang out. Great TVs for watching sports and movies. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Close to downtown, quiet and clean. The area around the townhouse was well maintained and parking wasn't an issue. Tri-level townhome from bedrooms to living & kitchen and garage but is nice for privacy. Because it is a condo, steeper steps, may not be the best place for older adults, but they do provide handrails. Based on cleanliness, attention to detail and quiet area, we would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

It was a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed being at this home. It was the only thing positive of our whole trip down here.
