Monthly Rentals in Miracle Valley

We have rented a few places for a weekend out of town, and as much as we enjoy a much needed break and a change of pace, there was just something that has always made us look forward to coming back to our own space. This was the first time we did not want to leave! Sarah was such a great host. Reaching out to welcome us, checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed, and making sure Barley didn't overstay his welcome--which he didn't, made us feel so comfortable in their space. But often we would just come and go as if we were the only ones there. I can't say enough about how well equipped the casita is with anything and everything you could possibly need. My husband says if we would have known we would not have packed half of the stuff we brought. We not only had an amazing time, we met some great people. Thank you again for everything!

Hoot Owl Cottage is a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful layout with everything you need. It is a fully equipped house beautifully appointed with all the switches labeled so everything is easy to turn on and off. It has many extras such as popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee, oatmeal and even a York peppermint on both night stands. You are very close to some good restaurants, hiking, biking, golfing and birding. The elevation of 5400 feet makes the weather very pleasant. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the rap-around patio which we enjoyed every morning and evening. You are also able to see the magnificent Lady of the Sierra's shrine from the back yard and it is only a mile away. Eric is very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. It is a lovely property that we hope to visit again in the future. We think this is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We would give it 10 stars if that were an option.
