Holiday rentals with lake access in Mios

This is a really great house to stay at. In fact, you would like to live here;) It is spacious, stylishly furnished, complete and equipped with all (modern) comforts. Also, attention has been paid to details, such as smell, bedding, and decoration. Everything is focused on modern comfort. The cottage is located in a small and quiet village south of La-Teste-De-Buch, which is surrounded by a large military air base (which does not bother you otherwise). Upon arrival, it is a bit of a search for the entrance, which is a bit tucked away from the road. But once you know, it's fine with the instructions. A lovely place as a base for Gironde/Arcachon!

The place is simple but enough for a few days. Very quiet location and covered pool in case of bad weather. Excellent communication with host Isabelle

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

We had a great time at Régine's house which is very well equipped and located in a very quiet environment 2 steps from the lake. Relaxation and rest assured. Thanks to Régine for her smile and kindness.

Great quiet stay with the visit of deer, squirrels and birds. Marine and her spouse are welcoming and very friendly. We recommend this listing in a good location in the Landes!

We rented the 2 houses of Chantal and her husband for an EVJF on a weekend. The accommodations were spotless, extremely well-equipped, and easy to access. Very quiet neighborhood and secure accommodation. I recommend these listings where the rental is organized as a result of family collaboration. I thank Chantal who welcomed us and was always available when we needed to reach her, as well as Alexandre and Hélène for their quality follow-up in the organization of the stay.

Yannick provided us with a place that met our expectations. The accommodation is functional, clean, recently renovated with great views. We loved the sunsets we could contemplate from the balcony. A cozy apartment with magnificent lake views. An environment rich in places to discover by bike or on foot. Marc and Marie are welcoming, concerned about the comfort of their tenants.

We were told it was a slice of heaven and that's exactly where we landed. Welcomed by 2 angels with their "L", Lydie and Laurent were just adorable, available, welcoming, warm, simple, and very helpful. Their friend Maurice is a lovely affectionate and very nice dog. We fell for him like many travelers 😂 We were able to enjoy a special moment in their company with "Le Mascaret" as a backdrop, a beautiful sunset and an aperitif of local wines. A delicious moment. 🍷🍷🍷

A cozy, very clean accommodation with fresh and bright decor. Adrien, a very friendly host, gave us all the necessary information for check-in and check-out. The apartment is located in a small town with many useful services, two minutes from a fantastic pine forest (full of delicious mushrooms) .... at the end of it you find a freshwater lake .... a very natural environment !!! Excellent stay in this little cocoon. The accommodation is impeccable, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything is there for a great stay. Caroline was lovely in our exchanges. We'll be happy to go back without hesitation.

We lived the place and Berenice! She was so kind and helpful. The location was great! We explored and relaxed in her beautiful place. The market is conveniently two doors down too. Such a wonderful place, we’d definitely stay there again.

The host is super friendly, and very quick in responding. She described everything in perfect detail, so we were able to find the place easily (even though we arrived in the dark). Everything at the house was ready and clean, and we enjoyed our quiet time here even though it was for just two days. The place is close to the lake and the walk in the woods is very beautiful. Carole also gave useful tips about where to walk! Overall we really enjoyed our stay & especially how easy it was for us to get there. We traveled with two dogs and two kids, there were lots of fun toys and games for the children and the nature and little beach were perfect for the dogs. Thanks again, Carole!

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

Julien is available, responsive and accommodating and welcoming! We had a lovely stay, close to the lake it was really convenient with the kids. We didn't miss anything, his house is well-equipped.

Beautiful kit cottage much more spacious than traditional camping bungalows. The system of clean and packaged sheets and towels is impeccable in terms of hygiene. Top. missing a big coffee maker for morning coffee. The little Nespresso is nice but short for 6 occupants. The campsite is nice a little small. Summer must be full! But the interest is them next door. The beach of the lake 50 meters walk away, the outdoor games for the kids, the bike path etc... a little expensive but it's the location that wants that. I recommend it in a second.

Nice little apartment, really very well equipped, quietly located. On the terrace you can sit comfortably in the evening, in front of the river there is also a nice sitting area to enjoy the sunset. In the living room there is a guest bed, this is more suitable for children, with the weight of an adult it sags too much and is not so comfortable. But since we planned it as a bed for the children anyway, it was sufficient for us. Eric and his wife were very nice and warm. The area offers the possibility of many wine tastings, it is not far to Bordeaux and there is also a lot to explore in the area.

We spent the peaceful week we had imagined for 5 with a toddler in this secure, very clean and quiet cottage in the heart of the Labouhere pine trees. The proximity of the lake (200 m walk) is ideal with children away from the hustle and bustle of the Atlantic beaches (30 min drive to Mimizan). Sybille is very responsive by message but there are no issues with the listing. Simply to indicate that the cottage contains all the equipment for a toddler (baby bed with real mattress, booster seat, potty, small baby bath) to indicate to Sybille for availability.

We had a great quiet time in this very peaceful cabin. Marie guided us very well. You can go there with your eyes closed, it's really penard 😁
