The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. This is a bright studio located on the ground floor of a small stone building, in the heart of the Chartrons district, near the Jardin Public, the Paul Doumer tram station and many shops). The accommodation has a small fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa bed 2 places and a flat screen. The linen is provided.

Lovely T2 with a sunny terrace !

The flat is very nice for two ! It is in periphery of Bordeaux but not far and you'll find yourself in the city center in ten minutes .. The tram's platform is next to the place, very usefull ! You'll can get bicycles there too... The flat is small( ('54m2) ,but bright and "warm" and confortable ... I think you'll enjoy the big sunny terrace on the roof!
