Holiday rentals with breakfast in Minusio

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

They were super super nice, warm and friendly, because the train strike also sent us to the train station early in the morning, and the room was also prepared with bread and water, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and we slept well!因为我们意语磕磕绊绊，所以和我们对话语速也很慢 ，超级好 ！ 离湖边很近，周围很安静漂亮 ，还有一些好吃的餐厅 ，大家都来住哇 ！^ ^ Super nice and comfortable room, everyone came to stay! The hosts are also very welcoming and kind, very good!

The apartment is functional and comfortable, well placed to discover Lake Como. Parking space was welcome. Overall we had a nice stay.

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Monica is an amazing host, she’s very communicative and helpful, everyday she made sure we were comfortable and well. The place has an amazing view and it’s located near the city of Stresa when you can buy anything, eat and take a ferry on Lago Maggiore, I’d advise to rent a car because the roads are not built for walking The house is well equipped, we prepared food in the kitchen on daily basis and it didn’t lack anything The evenings where a bit cold and the heating season has not started yet, but Luciano prepared the fireplace every day and made sure we had enough wood :)

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Could not ask for a more perfect location just steps away from the lake and the ferry and all the happenings along the shores of Varenna - we enjoyed 2 nights and one full day, took the ferry to Bellagio for lunch and a bit of shopping , strolled the botanical gardens within steps of the Airbnb and along the Como shore pathway, visited the beautiful church, even swam in the lake which was refreshing in late April! Enea could not have been a more perfect host - arranged for his father to meet us at the train and had a chilled bottle of Prosecco with 2 crystal glasses awaiting us which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the jaw dropping view of Como Lake. Perfection!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend. The place was very cozy and the neighborhood quiet and pleasant. From the entrance, you can even look directly at the lake. The fact that a private parking space is available on the property was great, but the access as well as the maneuvering facilities are limited. For larger cars, it can get tight. Otherwise, everything was great. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Clara's place and had the chance to taste homemade Italian pizzas. Besides, Suello is well situated for visiting different spots in the area. Wish to be back some time in the future.

The airbnb is very nice and cozily furnished, so you feel right at home. The kitchen is completely up and running (especially for an airbnb). Anna even left us a breakfast and delicious homemade pasta sauce so that we didn't have to go to the shop immediately upon arrival. Parking is easy in the street and otherwise there is a free parking space further down the road where there is always space. There is a very nice lunch place around the corner and otherwise Anna has a folder with all kinds of tips for restaurants and fun things to do in the area, such as the botanical gardens or isola bella. You do need a car but we never had to drive more than 20 minutes. Definitely recommended!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. It started with Massimo picking us up from the train station and driving us to the flat. The place was very clean and spacious. Especially for the price, this is an incredible deal. You can easily get on the ferry to go to the neighboring towns but it is about an hour 20 to get to the main city of bellagio, just to keep that in mind. That didn’t bother us at all though. They left us basic breakfast items like eggs, toast, ham, milk and apple juice. We really enjoyed that. Lake como is beautiful and this is a great spot if you want to relax and live a slow life. Not to mention the view of the lake and mountains from the flat was Amazing. Overall this was an amazing stay and massimo and Marta were more than great hosts.

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

The apartment is wonderful. A dreamed home in a dream place. We only stayed three nights and were able to rest and enjoy. It has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. Location, cleanliness, comfort and tranquility. We look forward to returning. Thank you Anna!! See you soon!!

The apartment is located in a beautiful property in the hills of Brunate overlooking the city and lake of Como. It was very peaceful and serene and the breakfast was delicious Would recommend a stay here if you are looking for some peace and quiet

We absolutely lived our stay at Federica’s place. It has the views, history, amazingly renovated rooms. Federica and her mother made us feel right at home. There is beautiful place to walk by the water at the bottom of Cernobbio. Also an awesome hike to the adjacent town if you like that. Town of Como is also close with lots of restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend anyone to stay with Federica, especially if you’d like to chat with locals and learn about the place.

We felt very comfortable with Nadia. She conjured up a lovingly prepared breakfast for us every day, helped us with reservations and was always available with helpful tips. Everything was very clean and as described in the pictures. Thank you!

Marco's place was beautiful, with an amazing view of Lake Como. His parents, who greeted us upon arrival, were incredibly warm and caring. Even though they didn’t speak English, we still managed to have some great conversations, their kindness truly bridged the language gap. The BBQ in the garden was a fantastic touch and made for a perfect evening experience. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay in Blevio. Carna is super warm and conjures up a fantastic breakfast every morning! You have to know that you live a little off the beaten path, but you can go to Como by boat or car. We found the place super well maintained and felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

The place was beautiful. The location is very quiet and you have a great environment. The room was cozily furnished and you had everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and gave us good tips for excursions. Our highlight was the breakfast, which was varied every morning, as well as dinner in the hosts' own restaurant. It is an absolute recommendation!

It was fantastically beautiful and stylishly furnished. Location is perfect even if you want to walk. The view is unbeatable and very quiet. The hosts are very kind, courteous and very eager. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely Beautiful & Soul-Reviving! After a long travel delay, we were warmly welcomed by Barbara & Francesco and friends Veva, and Luca—we instantly felt like family! Their hospitality was incredible and made us feel right at home. The house and farm are authentic and beautiful! The sweet fragrances from bay trees and flowers and the stunning scenery are worth the visit by themselves! Our stay, though short, was unforgettable. Breakfast in the garden was a dream and, thanks to Francesca’s amazing local tips about driving, sites, and food, we were able to make the most of our stay. Although we were site-seeing, this is a marvelous place for hikers, rock-climbers, yoga enthusiasts, and other outdoor enjoyment! B&B Al Pozzo is truly a hidden gem that has found a place in our hearts. We’ll be telling all our friends about this beautiful place, and if any of you are ever in the U.S., we’d love to return the hospitality. Thank you so much for everything! ⸻
