Beachfront holiday rental in Minnesott Beach

This was our first time in Atlantic Beach and we all really liked it and would like to come back. We would gladly stay at this property again. It is in a quiet, private location, yet very close to the action. We were very comfortable with the size and furnishings. The owner even arranged a sign and balloons in the kitchen wishing us a happy anniversary. The back decks and yard were great for our dogs. We like things as quiet and uncrowded as possible, so we went to the beach at the New Bern Street public access point. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower. Once you are on the actual beach, you can only see big beach houses and no businesses, hotels or condos. We also enjoyed the aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, and Cape Lookout National Seashore, and highly recommend both. Having a Dollar General right down the street was very convenient, and there is a Food Lion not far down the road. There are also plenty of beach/souvenir shops close by. What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

We loved everything about this house! Perfect location, great and VERY responsive host, clean! We had an issue where we couldn’t find something (our fault) and they brought us a replacement. The views are amazing! Everything was in the house from linens, to bikes, the deck was great! I can’t say anything bad at all! We will definitely visit again!

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to the beach and within walking distance to a great restaurant. You could hear the upstairs room but we got lucky with respectful neighbors during our trip so it wasn’t an issue. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed! Would stay again!

We drove through the night with the kids and got there way earlier than expected. Charlotte let us check in as soon as we arrived. The house has a very warm and welcoming feeling. There were beach toys and games for the kids to use. The kitchen and living area was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a newborn with us and were able to easily fit her pack and play in the bed room. It is a short walk to the beach and a nice peaceful area. We will definitely book here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. The location is facing the beach with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. Access to the beach itself was very easy— a primary consideration for one of our party with limited mobility. We appreciated the recycling, limited use of plastics, and eco supply of body wash in the bathrooms. Instructions were clear and everything was beautifully organized. We really enjoyed our time here.

Love, love, love! Everything as described, extremely clean and super easy access to the beach. Extra amenities all very thoughtful and so appreciated! All ramps to access beach which was perfect for my jogging stroller with my littlest! Highly recommend!!

To start I saw another review upset the view of the ocean wasn’t accurate. I’d like to say it’s totally completely visable and so nice to sit and drink coffee on and listen to the waves in the morning and evening. We will be booking here again! It was spotless and spacious! Loved the amount of beds and TVs for down time with kiddos. The balcony was so fun to hang out on! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Showers down at beach! Pool was SO cute love that the normal pool and kiddie pool are RIGHT beside each other. The kiddie pool is fenced seperate which as a mom of multiple is 🙌🏼 HUGE!! Close to fort Macon and cool shops! Very close to coffee, food lion bojangles and Walmart is only 18 min away! Splash pad very close as well!No elevator but the steps keep ya in shape and the kids loved going up and down them and up and down the hallways. No noisy neighbors very well kept up place! Loved the minimalist feel with decor kept it feeling very spacious! 2 full bathrooms! Easy clean up

I had a really lovely time! I wasn’t in the condo very much; spent time on the beach/ at the pool/ exploring Morehead City and historic Beaufort, which were super close drives. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach, and having the pool right there was also super nice and relaxing. I utilized the beach cart to bring things with me which was super helpful. Having body wash/other amenities like extra toothbrushes and toothpaste was also very thoughtful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay-it was quiet and relaxing.

The condo was super clean. Located very close to the indoor/outdoor pool and just a short walk to the beach. Son and daughter-in-law stayed the night on the fold out couch queen bed and said it was comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place and host! Location is great and we walked to the beach everyday. We liked the overall quietness of the area too.

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, beautiful home, everything and more that we needed for a week in the beach. Perfect for our family getaway. There was a minor hiccup with the cleaning service when we arrived but Michael went above and beyond to get the situation rectified right away! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

The house was exactly as pictured & Beata was so friendly & easy to communicate with. The house was very clean (by far the most clean pet-friendly home we have stayed in). You would have no idea it was pet friendly if you were traveling without four legged children. We can’t wait to return next year!

My family had a nice time. We loved having food within walking distance. The pool and pool area was clean and inviting.

We had a fantastic stay here! Home is very clean and comfortable. The dock is awesome. We spent most of our time at the lighthouse Cape Lookout. It’s as beautiful as any place I’ve been out there. Johnna is very nice and accommodating and the neighbors are great too!

We had a great stay! Favorite part by far was the easy access to the beach and the chairs, umbrellas, and wagon at the house ready to be used.
