It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Comfort and charm are key in this waterfront cottage w/ a screened in porch, a 70' shared dock. Fishing, Boating, Pawley's Island Hammock, Weber charcoal grill, crab pots, Kayaks and incredible views of water foul and wildlife. Minnesott Beach Golf Club is 100 yards from this cottage where you can enjoy golfing, swimming, dining/ cocktails and entertainment.
