Monthly Rentals in Minh Phú

A cozy and well-equipped house, I had a great night’s sleep here. The host, Vi, was very friendly and supportive. Definitely coming back!

Ms Oanh was very communicative and was prompt. She also provided a housekeeper who was always available for us. The location is perfect to rewind and have some peace. The people around us was so nice and the housekeeper was always available to get us the stuff that we needed during our stay. This place is absolutely valued for price. PS - loved the pool floatie! :)

I stayed here for more than a month and loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and also has a balcony with a good view, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was perfect for longer stays, especially when working - plenty of room, good internet, separate workstation, etc. The location was great too. It’s right near Swan Lake Park which has several kms of walking/running tracks. Great restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, chemists etc. It’s much quieter compared to the centre of Hanoi, which I enjoyed (more of a local feel). However, it’s easy to get into town with Grab as well. And Viet, the host, is lovely - he helped organise airport transfers, gave very clear instructions and local recommendations, and was super responsive if I had questions. Highly recommended! I hope to be back :)

Lovely duplex apartment with a clean and spacious layout. Walking distance to Lotte Mall and about 20 minutes by car to the Old Quarter. Convenient for a quiet stay, though not in the busiest part of the city. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
