Beautiful non-smoking apartment near the university

Not far from the University of Bielefeld, absolutely quietly located on the Grünzug, you are within 15 minutes by bus or tram in the center of Bielefeld. Our children are out of the house and now the children's floor with fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub is available. Please note at the time of booking that our apartment is not suitable for toddlers and children. There is also an absolute ban on smoking.

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 sqm) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lipish mountain country. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m and travel cot), living room (with sofa bed, dining area & TV), as well as an anteroom with a bed (1.40 x 2 m) and a play area. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children are possible.

The nearest bus stop is about 350 meters away. The nearest train station is a 3-minute bus ride away. There is easy access to the B239.

The apartment is fully equipped, has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Our house on the Osning is located in a quiet part of the city, only about 15 minutes by car from downtown Bielefeld. The Teutoburg Forest with its many hiking trails is only a 15-minute walk. The large, cozy apartment with two bedrooms, an optically separated living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and guest toilet includes a beautiful garden with covered seating area.
