The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

We provide you with an apartment in a central location. The A2 and A30 motorways, as well as Bad Oeynhausen main train station, can be reached in just a few minutes. The Weser Cycle Path, the GOP Varieté-Theater and the Bali-Therme are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bathroom with shower and wifi. The small kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster. Since a dog lives in the house, others are also welcome.

The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
