Amazing Airbnb to stay just to get away from the city. The Airbnb is about 15-20 mintues from the nearest store so make sure you stop before check-in. There is a beach roughly 5-10 mintues walk with amazing views. Overall I will stay in the Airbnb was amazing

We stayed with 2 small kids for 2 weeks at Karuna and LOVED it. The restaurant is delicious and the view amazing! The place is peaceful and gorgeous, our Joglo was very beautiful!

A great place with good amenities, a large swimming pool we enjoyed, a beach within an 8-10 minute walk, and very friendly owners and caretaker.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. The space was clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. My family enjoyed the restaurant recommendation. The bonfire was a highlight, creating the perfect ambiance to unwind. The caretaker was incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Second time staying here with my friends and it has always been a pleasant stay!! The host is very responsive too, and always responds to our concerns immediately. Located in a gated place too. Perfect for groups ;)

My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

Bee was a fantastic host and took very good care of us before and during the stay. Communication was excellent, and she brought a number of snacks etc for us to enjoy. The place is very pretty and right on the beach towards the quieter end. Highly recommend for a getaway.

Wonderful place to stay if you want to feel and live like a local rather than a tourist. Diniwid beach is the best beach on the island for swimming and snorkeling and away from the crowds with good restaurant options. The stairs up to the house are steeper than we expected and may be difficult for some people. They did deter us from going out at times. Jungle noises can be loud at night. House is completely open but screens keep mosquitoes out. We never got bit in the house. I was concerned about no ac but fans were adequate in keeping the house cool at night. Bed is super comfy. Loved having a kitchen. Dennis and Sharon were great and kept the house tidy with fresh towels and linens and drinking water.

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

My family and I visited Boracay for the first time since I got married there in 2016. It was the first time my two children were visiting the Philippines as well. The home and location were superb. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue that popped up, but communication was prompt and proactive with appropriate and reasonable alternatives. The location was amazing in Station 1 and right next to one of the best restaurants we visited (definitely loved the oysters - must try). Overall would stay again and recommend.

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. We spent 7 days, 6 nights in this villa, and it was wonderful! The location between El Nido town and Vanilla Beach made transportation easy, with tricycles always available. The Happiness Boutique Resort, where the villa is located, was fantastic—great staff, delicious breakfast, relaxing massages, and helpful tour assistance. The villa was spacious, well air-conditioned, and matched the photos. A few things to note: We didn’t know the villa was part of the resort before arrival, which would’ve helped avoid confusion. The address on Airbnb was incorrect, requiring us to reach out for the correct one. We also experienced several power outages, possibly due to weather or other factors, and WiFi was unreliable at times, though the resort has a backup generator. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Location is quite insane, the backyard is literally the beach, just a few steps away and you will be touching Boracay’s beautiful water. There is a little bit of a trek to get to the villa, nothing too much to handle, but expect to get some sand on your toes, you will be walking along the beach to get to the place. The rooftop has amazing views of the best sunsets. Each floor has its own patio, so you will never run out of places to hang out. You are right next to the Lind hotel, so expect some noise, nothing that kept us from sleeping. There are a few things in the villa that could use some refreshing but nothing that would stop me from going back. The highlight of the place would be the housekeepers. Their hospitality is top notch. Very responsive to any needs you need, from grabbing groceries, cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they will catch a trike for you whenever you’re ready to head into town

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful views and a great host

Pretty rooms. The space is large and the air conditioner actually cools the whole place quite well if you leave the door to the main room open. Wish the secondary room with the bunk bed had a door of some kind (even a curtain) to add some privacy. They provide purified water so you don't have to worry about getting your own. Ocean views are gorgeous. Beach is nice and they do try to rake up trash to keep it clean. Nice pool and garden available. You're able to take food and drinks from the tiki bar to your room. Quiet area and we were lucky with the other guests staying. Accommodating and friendly staff. Our bathroom door was a little difficult at times, getting stuck on the track and the handle isn't on the door well but we figured it out. The shower water takes a little bit to get warm so just keep that in mind when going to shower. There's a lot of stairs for both the airbnb and tiki bar so not ideal for people with wheelchairs or people who struggle with stairs.

We loved our time in TJM. Booked the main house for my mom’s bday and reunion with our relatives and we all enjoyed the place. We are a total of 37 guest with 20 staying overnight and the space is still big for us. There are multiple corners of the house that is for chilling and also many mattress for sleep or rest. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook. What impressed us the most is the interior of the house, it is beautifully designed. Everything is clean and the staffs are accommodating. It’s a relief that they have a store inside the resort and it’s pretty stocked. The host is responsive and friendly. Hopefully next time we will be able to use their man-made lake to try kayaking. We’ll definitely recommend TJM resort. Thank you for a great stay.

We held my Mom's 60th Birthday Here at the Lookout What an extraordinary vacation in my 7 years in airbnb, ito lang ang babalik balikan Especially for Family bonding and relaxation, The semi Mediterranean inspire with a picturesque view, and One of the standout features of the house was the kitchen fully equipped with branded kitchenware. This made preparing meals a delightful experience. We cooked together as a family, Since almost ito ang favorite part namin 😊 and also the rooms is clean and neat has a individual bathroom and ready towels, caretakers are truly helpful and nice, Our host Mam Trina is very polite and resposive as well. Looking forward to coming back soon ❤️

The place is very peaceful, and it gets really cold at night. The only issue was the shower heater, as only a little water came out, and there were no condiments in the kitchen. We also didn’t know there was another cabin nearby, we thought it was private. But overall, the stay was nice and quiet. The owner was very helpful and even let us set up the TV downstairs. Thank you!

The place was just as advertised. It's clean, cozy and communication with the host was stellar. Caretakers were super nice. Kitchen was complete and all amenities available. Occasional brownouts but quick and if a bit extended, caretakers we ready to turn on the gen set (again... as advertised). Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property. Loving the vibe specially the Tiki bar and kitchen! It's quiet and private. Host has also been so generous with the late checkout. Would rate this 5 stars and would def go again. Cape Santiago is just 3 minutes away. Perfect for small families looking for a quick getaway.

The place was great and more than we expected. The only draw back is the fact that it was on the opposite side of the beach and it is ardous to walk back to as it was on a slope. But, once you get in, you'd realize the accommodation and staff are top notch. :)
