Place is nice and clean. the staff on the grounds are very helpful. host responds in a timely manner. location is towards the end of station 3. about a 20 minute walk to dmall but lots of good places to eat at on the way. i always had a workout with all the food i ate so it was a win-win.

Turtle Bay Villa is truly unique and beautiful. Gigi, Benito, and their family made the stay even better! They are kind, incredibly helpful, and have so much local knowledge. Gigi has the patience of a saint and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Gigi set up the subterranean river tour, mangroves, zip line, basically anything we wanted to do she helped us. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Very great as a place to stay for a family of 10 or more to enjoy a relaxing, quiet and private getaway. This place is safe and has a great view without being disturbed by anyone. It was enough for our 11 adults and 2 children to send. It was good enough for family conversations and relaxation in the spacious living room. Peter and Jovi were very kind and quick to sort things out. Guests who expect the facilities and services of a 5-star hotel would recommend the use of other hotels. However, it will be a great option for guests who want a large family vacation. Access to the house is a bit of a hassle, but not too inconvenient. Rather, we like it better. From the entrance of the accommodation, the surrounding area is always guarded by security guards, so it is very safe, but the location of the accommodation is not disturbed at all, and the location of the accommodation was very nice. It is a place where you can enjoy a beer with a direct view of the sea of Boracay from the cliff. If you need access to downtown Boracay and the beach, we recommend considering other accommodations. However, it seems to be a good option if you consider a home-like accommodation with a large family like us. Of course, it won't be as comfortable as my home.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The accommodation was great, the staff was very accommodating, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met. He even arranged our round-trip transfer, which was very reliable. I highly recommend staying at Michael's place for a fantastic experience. Thank you, Michael, for your exceptional hospitality!

The environmentally friendly Palm Hill Villa is so beautiful. Birds and cats come to play every day, and the sound of rain on a rainy day was more beautiful than any singing. Relaxed and serene, Palm Hill Villa has been a haven for our family. And Rudy took care of all the details, so I was able to spend a pleasant day without any inconvenience. Rudy is always very responsive. I was very satisfied with the pickup, sanding, and breakfast service, and the free laundry service was also very good. The occasional power outage is uncomfortable, but it was also romantic. I was so happy to swim privately while listening to my favorite music in my quiet house. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, we recommend Palm Hill Villa. As in other reviews, if you say you want to get off on the main road of Helios Spa, you can also go to a tricycle for 20-25 pesos.

Pretty rooms. The space is large and the air conditioner actually cools the whole place quite well if you leave the door to the main room open. Wish the secondary room with the bunk bed had a door of some kind (even a curtain) to add some privacy. They provide purified water so you don't have to worry about getting your own. Ocean views are gorgeous. Beach is nice and they do try to rake up trash to keep it clean. Nice pool and garden available. You're able to take food and drinks from the tiki bar to your room. Quiet area and we were lucky with the other guests staying. Accommodating and friendly staff. Our bathroom door was a little difficult at times, getting stuck on the track and the handle isn't on the door well but we figured it out. The shower water takes a little bit to get warm so just keep that in mind when going to shower. There's a lot of stairs for both the airbnb and tiki bar so not ideal for people with wheelchairs or people who struggle with stairs.

Mommy Sally's is a very beautiful place and it was a treat to stay there for a week! The two native cottages are very private and steps from the beach. The cottages are gorgeous and I loved the fact that everything was made of natural materials. Food was always fresh and delicious, served on the veranda so I could eat dinner while watching the sun go down. Mommy Sally, her family and staff are amazing people , very friendly and accommodating and it was a pleasure to be their guest. Special thanks to Mario and Marisol for taking me to town and also to Badz, the gentleman who drove me to Rizal and back to PP. He is the kindest person and provided me with so much information about local life and places of interest in Rizal. Mommy Sally's is perfect for nature lovers and people who enjoy ' off the beaten track' places. Thank you to everyone and I'm looking forward to visiting again!

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

Watching lake taal & the volcano from this most blissful of retreats always feels like I’ve gone back millions of years, a tetradactyl gliding across the skyline wouldn’t feel out of place . Vic is relentless with improvements to the grounds. The new pool has been constructed since my last visit earlier during Covid and it makes a great addition. I’ll never stop returning to Vic’s as long as I’m welcome. It never disappoints. Thank you as always for being such wonderful hosts to me over the last 8 or 9 years that I’ve been a guest.

What a great place to relax, unwind, enjoy the beautiful beach/scenery, daily sunsets, people and excellent food cooked by the talented ladies (I will be dreaming about the Best Tortang Talong & Kinilaw) but most of all the great hosts & staff! We shall be back! Jonnalin, Jimmy, Jayjay & Jommel ❤️

Absolutely amazing venue. Stunning location and views to die for. The photo’s don’t do justice to the space, really is fabulous and felt very secure. Loads thoughtful extras, kitchen well equipped and everything is cleaned daily. Rod’s a gold mine of knowledge and can arrange anything you need from bikes to porters to mountain walks or just ambling around the huge grounds. Definitely will be back to enjoy space and warm hospitality of Necerita and Rod, thanks both.

the place is exactly what it was advertised...

First off, the host Miss Mary Ann was so welcoming. Showed us all of the rooms, and amenities. They even provided snacks and a gift for my daughter which celebrated her birthday. They even gave us a intro lesson to scuba diving for free! Lots of rooms! There's a music room which has a piano and karaoke. Their music room is beside the pool which is up to 5 feet. BTW, all rooms mentioned have airconditioning. There are a total of 5 bathrooms with heating and bidets As for the beach, if you set your expectations early, you will have the best time here. Going to the beach is around 200 steps going down. Once there you will be greeted with a rocky beach. No sand. But the beauty of this place is not above water, its underwater. This is a dive site which has corals just a few meters from the beach. This is a place worth coming back to! PS: Monkeys!!

The place is beautiful. So many ig-worthy spots. The place is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. They would also give you some fun facts about the area. The staff also assisted us whenever we needed something. The owner was very friendly and generous to our requests. We definitely got more than what we paid for. Definitely recommended!!! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay. The hospitality was incredible and the breakfast was very tasty. Such a private and secluded location, feels like you are in the rainforest! Cannot fault the place, would recommend staying here to anyone. The room was spotless and the amenities were plentiful. Worth every penny!

Enjoyed our stay! Lyn is very helpful and responsive host. Place is easy to find and in a nice location. Pool is nearby and nice to take a walk in the morning. Unit is clean, cozy and well appointed. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and towels are clean. There are 3 bathrooms and water pressure is good. We like that there is water heater in the Master’s Bedroom. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend Lyn’s place when in Batangas City!

Great place, clean, linens were nice, great view from the balcony, felt at home.

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

The place was great and more than we expected. The only draw back is the fact that it was on the opposite side of the beach and it is ardous to walk back to as it was on a slope. But, once you get in, you'd realize the accommodation and staff are top notch. :)
