Two-room, 32 m² apartment with natural light on two sides. Old house… renovation in 2024 100 metres from the police station, 200 metres from the cinema. 2 minutes from the train station. You might find a spot in the nearby laneways. Paid daytime parking, free at night, is available on the same street. Shower 70/70 cm… Bathroom adjoins the neighbours’ bathroom, which can cause inconvenience. The walls are thin, so if it's noisy, don't hesitate to knock. The apartment is located on a quiet, one-way street.

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.
