The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and for bicycles or other.

You will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a living room open to the kitchen, perfectly located a three-minute walk from the city center and a one-minute walk from the Tarn riverbank promenade. Nearby parking is paid but you will have the option to park your vehicle in the free La Grave parking lot which is 200 m away.

In the living room, you will find a sofa convertible into a 140*190 cm bed, with an 18 cm thick mattress, for your comfort.

Nice apartment of 40 m² at the bottom of our old dwelling house with one bedroom (1 bed in 140) , a bathroom with wc, a large living room (1 sofa bed) with recent open kitchen and all the necessary amenities. A small private terrace is reserved for rent with a table and 4 green garden chairs as well as the view of the pouncho d agast mountain of millau. Our terrace with plancha and hot tub can be made available on request in summer.
