Appartement traversant de 32 m2 avec ses deux pièces. Maison ancienne..rénovation en 2024 A 100 m du commissariat, 200 m du cinéma .À 2mn de la gare. Les ruelles autour peuvent vous offrir une place. Un parking payant la journée , gratuit la nuit se trouve dans là même rue. Douche 70/70cm… SDB attenante à celle des voisins..ce qui peut engendrer une gêne. Les cloisons sont fines et si c’est bruyant , ne pas hésiter à aller toquer L’appartement se trouve dans une rue à sens unique et calme.

Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.
