A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. The Old Fish Store Cottage is a 3-bedroom house situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The downstairs features a well equipped kitchen and open plan living space with cozy brick fireplace, downstairs toilet and shower. Throw open the french doors to the 60 foot wharf with kayak and BBQ. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single. The upstairs toilet features an antique claw-foot bathtub. There is also a large balcony upstairs overhanging the wharf and the ocean.
