Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. Great place! Loved the sauna and the fireplace, the bed was really comfortable and it was so relaxing to be in nature. Only recommendation, It has a Nespresso machine but no stores nearby sold pods so if you're a coffee fan I'd suggest bringing your own pods! We had a brilliant trip

Tip for future guests seeking takeaway food/groceries: Locals go to the OMV Siřejovice gas station using the 2477 road just 5 minutes, NO highway.

A very great and beautiful accommodation, we felt very comfortable. In the morning, we were gently awakened by the goats grazing in front of our window. There was goat cheese to taste and buy and a beautiful view outside of the field and the valley behind it. The beautifully and lovingly furnished construction trailer was equipped with everything we needed and both Valentinyna and her mother were very helpful and likeable. It was perfect all around and we would plan a holiday here again at any time. Highly recommended!
