It is unique not only because of its location, but also because of its placement in the house, where the whole house is situated in the garden wing, and offers a complete oasis of peace in the very heart of the city. The property includes a spacious terrace where you can relax after a long day and enjoy the view of the city walls. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

On the meadow below the Ronov hill in the village of Stvolínky you will find our cottage, a former caravan. Come and breathe in the nature, run in the morning dew and in the evening enjoy endless romance under the stars and long contemplation by the fire. During the day you can wander the surrounding trails between the ponds or take a train trip. On the very border of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and not far from the Bohemian Uplands Protected Landscape Area, you will have a lot of tourist destinations just a stone's throw away.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Zcela nově zrekonstruovaný apartmán se nachází v historickém památkově chráněném gotickém domě ze 14. století v samotném historickém centru Litoměřic. Osobitost apartmánu podtrhují původní klenby a designový interiér. V blízkém okolí naleznete restaurace, kavárny i obchod s potravinami (30m). Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

The house is conveniently located, Teplice 30 min, Litoměřice 10 min, Most 40 min, Dresden 1 hour and Prague 1 hour, so ideal place for trips. The house is ideal for families or couples looking for a quiet place to relax.
