We really enjoyed the private and quiet surroundings of the house. House had everything you would need for a nice stay. Sean was very quick with answering any questions and checked in with how we doing. It was also close to shopping and downtown State College. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Bonita's stay is a wonderful accommodation! My husband and I were visiting Penn State for the first round of the CFP; Howard is a peaceful and quaint location, about 30 minutes from downtown State College. The space was immaculately cleaned, and a great size for two people. Kitchen accommodations included a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and plug-in stove (perfect for pre-game breakfast!) Bonita provided a book with clear instructions, as well as local suggestions- although most of our time was spent in downtown State College. When we had question about the TV, she quickly responded, even though it was fairly late in the night. We would certainly stay here again!

I must say, this has truly been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped furniture and kitchen supplies, all set within a beautiful and safe neighborhood. During my stay, I was lucky to catch the season of blooming flowers. I especially enjoyed my daily walks among the colorful blossoms in the community, and the nearby park with its flowing water brought me peace and joy. It’s been a truly memorable time, and I genuinely hope to return one day. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done to make this such a wonderful ！！stay.

Lindsay and her husband were amazing hosts. Very accommodating to a special request to help keep my son healthy. It was a very relaxing two night stay. Quiet location. Plenty of amenities. My son enjoyed playing in the backyard on the play set and visiting with their sweet pup. We will definitely stay again when we are in need of lodging. Amazing experience!
