We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people, as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. All windows have fly screens, which is very convenient. Very nice garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with a supermarket is not too far away. The swimming area/sailboat are across the street, but that didn't bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

Stayed here for two nights with my kids. We loved the house! Very fully furnished, everything was present in the beautiful kitchen. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time!

It was a really cozy and lovely Place! Everything that we needed was there. We would definitely come back. For our dog it was perfect because of the fence around the garden. All in all the 5 Stars are worth it!

We were very positively surprised by the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The garden was very nice and perfect for our little dog and the kids. Froukje is a very nice hostess who welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for the area. Check-in was also uncomplicated and there were even snacks ready. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you need. The distance to the dog beach is super close and the right beach is adjacent. The city is a little further on foot, but also easily accessible and really nice . We would recommend this place and would book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely -- very well equipped, spacious, clean, and with a beautiful patio and garden. The location is peaceful and convenient for exploring the area. Claartje was very friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

Kaya's mobile home is tastefully decorated and everything was hassle-free. Even now in the fall it was nice and warm and comfortable. We were in Warns with a two-year-old child and a small dog. Thanks Kaya! Goy family

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. Very nice and quiet apartment. Well built, easily usable for 6 people. The communication was very friendly and always fast. Parking place provided. 7 km Away from the ferry dock, but very accessible by bicycle. Supermarket about 100 m away.

The area offers a lot to explore and the campsite is a good starting point for excursions

A very cozy and nicely decorated cottage, close to the sea and center with a great well-kept garden and a lot of privacy. You immediately feel at home and everything immediately invites you to relax. Jet is a super nice and helpful host. Fresh flowers and chocolate as a welcome. You feel very welcome as a guest. Jet has given us tips for excursions and help with the bus trips. We were in North Holland for a short trip with our dog. the check-in was flexible, Hans and Anita very nice and the place very clean, well equipped and warm. We were able to make nice excursions! Gladly come back.

We had a great stay! Really nice place to stay with everything you need. On the terrace you can have a great breakfast in the sun, the kitchen is great for cooking and the living room cozy. Also the location is very central and everything is within walking distance. Dirk gives clear instructions and is very helpful. We will be happy to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay, the landlords were extremely friendly and always responsive. This small apartment has everything you need. I felt very comfortable there. The place offers everything you could want for a short vacation. The location is great. Since I was traveling with a dog, I really liked that you immediately have the opportunity to walk the dog "in the countryside" as soon as you leave the property. The entire property is a dream, the garden is a paradise. I would book this place again anytime.

It was a very nice cottage and so perfectly located. The owner acted very kindly when there were misunderstandings with payments. And also during the stay she was very available and helpful. Highly recommended. Nice bed, nice fenced garden for the dog, cozily furnished.

the apartment was super habitable and equipped for 9 people (also for cooking!). Those who want peace and a lot of scenery will definitely get their money's worth. Benjamin welcomed us warmly and was super nice and straightforward. We will be happy to come back :)

We stayed in October for a week with our children (9 y./15 years old). Everything worked out wonderfully and Karin presented herself to us as a great hostess. We especially liked the proximity to the beach and the cozily furnished bungalow. In addition, the location offers enough opportunities for daytime activities.
