Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by just over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees. We also share the place our dog Jack, 10 ducks and some chickens.

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Accommodation Forge Sterk

Listing “Smederij Sterk” is located in the old city forging by J. Sterk. The monumental building dates back to 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The accommodation has its own entrance, a living room with its own kitchen, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation has a view of and adjacent to a beautiful square where you can also sit outside.

Harlingen is a beautiful port city, nice cozy boutiques, delicious restaurants, coffees and more! During the construction of our house, we decided to use the spacious garage (30 m2) as guests stay for family and friends from the Randstad. As a result, the space has all the comforts. In front of the garage there is a parking space. Through the garage you enter "private" entrance. Here you will find the sleeping area, boxspring beds with Hotel-worthy mattresses.
