Listing fully matches the description. Very well equipped and spacious. The parking space is welcome so you don't have to look for one when you get back. Nathalie gave us a lot of suggestions for walks and visits as well as for restaurants. Great terrace, very quiet, where it is good to have a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at the end of the day. Only regret, although this is clearly announced, not to be able to have a meal at the table on the terrace. Nathalie was unable to welcome us personally but the directions to access the accommodation (at the time that suited us) were very clear.

Very pleasant quiet stay, very clean and charming place.

Beautiful apartment with lots of charm. Very clean and very well located near the small shops of Briatexte. Quiet despite the location between 2 streets thanks to the efficient double glazing. Parking place is available at the door. Julie is a very flexible and pleasant host. 2 points of attention to be taken into account, the bathroom is not very intimate because open to the living space and several windows without blinds so bright early in the morning(we were wedding so difficult to make the morning greasy😅).

Our stay went really well. Arno and his wife were there to welcome us and showed us around the accommodation, which is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped. Arno gave us perfect information about the activities to discover in the region. We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to our friends.

Super small accommodation to take a break from everyday life. The place is peaceful, in the middle of small mountains and 2 steps from the high ones! Don't hesitate to ask Joelle for dinner, we tried the dinner she made, it was perfect. Thanks again :)

It's an ample space, with plenty of space to sleep, sit, relax and make food. comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom. there a private yard in front of the property. MOMK is friendly, easygoing, pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and quiet apartment. There were three of us, we had enough space. The parking space is small but very useful. Contact with Gregory was very pleasant and proactive. Thank you!

Where to start ... I hesitate not to say too much, just to keep this gem available for next time! Joke apart, everything was perfect. Space to park in the parking lot just downstairs, easy access (even if fatigue has guided us to the wrong door!) but everything is back in order with a very responsive host! The place is spacious (it's little to say), comfortable and very well decorated! So it's a 10 out of 10 for us. If you're looking for a place to stay near Montpellier, it should catch your attention. Of course no outside, but by taking the car you can easily visit the area and its beaches. A big thank you for this rental which was perfect and as advertised! We will be sure to come back if the need is there.

Excellent stay. The apartment is pleasant to live in with its terrace facing the mountain The accommodation is very well located in a beautiful area. Jean Louis's welcome is very warm and he informs perfectly about all the amenities of the region.

We spent a night in the accommodation offered by David. It was impeccable and in line with the description, both for cleanliness and for the services offered. The only small downside is the noise coming from the floor upstairs. Despite this, I highly recommend this accommodation.

I had a great stay at Yves' place which is in a very quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of the centre of Bordeaux. The loft apartment was clean and comfortable and very generously supplied with kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies. Yves was VERY generous with his time, friendly communication and even unexpected welcome and departure gifts. I recommend Yves' place as a great stay in Bordeaux.

Our stay as a couple was perfect. The kitchen is super well-equipped and convenient to use, the environment is very quiet and beautiful, and the bathroom with its skylight is really nice. The hosts are extremely responsive and attentive, we booked overnight for an early rental (arrival at noon), and they did everything to make it possible. Really lovely! In addition, the hosts leave recommendations and tips on the region, from the cheapest gas station to walks and local products, it's a gold mine! In short, if we had to go through the region again, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Additional detail: we don't have children and it was raining, but the bunk beds are super nice and the garden is beautiful! There's even a pirate ship for kids... It's a paradise.

Super welcoming, very attentive and gives good advice about the area. He was a great help and support for us. We had a delay in our arrival time but he was patient and understandable. The apartment matches the description: clean, tidy, very well located right next to public transport and 10-15 minutes from the Capitol. Honestly, I recommend it.

Françoise is a very welcoming host who makes herself available as needed. The apartment is a cozy little nest, clean and great location for visiting the area.

Very good welcome - Alain made himself very available - sharing - happy beyond our hope since we were housed in his house and not in the studio - very nice house with its openings and quiet environment, conducive to rest - free parking - city center within walking distance

Xanthe replied immediately to any of my questions before arriving and offered maps and material to explorer the area once I arrived. The loft apartment is huge and very self contained. The town is small so it's easy to walk anywhere within it or the immediate countryside. I thoroughly enjoyed our talks and discovering the nooks and crannies she mentioned.
