Beachfront holiday rental in Middletown Township

Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This little beach cottage was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, and walking distance from a ton of great restaurants & shops. Stephanie was super communicative and the house was spotless. Nicely updated and perfectly beachy. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for my sisters birthday and had the best weekend! Location is great, plenty of spots to walk to that are local and right by the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. Olivia was a great host and made sure we had the best stay.

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

I can’t say enough about Diana and her place. It was absolutely perfect for my 4 kids, husband and I. Diana was very responsive to all of my questions. Walkable to the beach and a playground. I felt right at home.

The pictures do this place no justice! Its truly amazing. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and right across from the beach it offers the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Ashley was amazing every step of the way. Extremely responsive and accommodating in every way! Definitely recommend a stay here

This little oasis is PRISTINE! It was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the boardwalk but also removed enough from the riff raff. I felt safe as a single woman and slept amazing. Everything you could need in inside the house and my favorite part of the home was the enclosed porch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to come again. :)

The house is beautifully appointed, we felt right at home - comfy beds and living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and wash/dry clothing throughout the week. The location is exceptional. Block and a half to a beach entrance. Beach and neighborhood was quiet during mid June stay. Sal was excellent before our stay and during, very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about it, we can’t wait to return.

Bella's place is the perfect spot to discover and enjoy the special place that is Orange Grove / Asbury Park area. 1 block from beach, with view of water from the porch where I could have hung all day. Central to the main strip of this very cool and quaint beachside community. Lovely short walk to Asbury's funky, fun main drag. Bella's place is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and feels like it was recently renovated so it all felt fresh. Neighbors are kind, and cool, and Bella was a wonderful host. We want to go back for a much longer stay next year, and make it one of our annual escapes.

We loved it. It was cozy, convenient and charming. I was so excited it had a teapot and a percolator our host thought of everything to make us comfortable. Organic coffee, half-and-half, a full compliment of spices and really good olive oil. The outdoor seating area was amazing. Great place to sit and have your morning coffee. The bed was really comfortable. most comfortable Airbnb bed we ever stayed in. We will definitely be back.

Nick was a great host! Any issues or questions I had were resolved quickly and professionally. He was very considerate of us and polite. I would definitely go back and vacation at his place. It’s so close to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks Nick!
