Beachfront holiday rental in Monmouth County

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for four nights, and we had the best time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants, but on a quiet street. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Elana and Andy provided us with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and passes to the local beach. We had a couple chilly evenings and the fire pit kept us warm and was perfect for roasting marshmallows. This is a great house for a family beach vacation.

Great stay at David's for me and my family. Location is close to the beach and a good restaurant near there. Excellent communication from David. Would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

House was very nice and close to a small beach. The beach has nothing there such as bathrooms or anything but I wasn’t expecting anything great for this part of Jersey but it definitely is not the Jersey shore. House was very nice and everyone stayed comfortably House had a nice amount of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts were relatively quick in their responses and got us what we needed. House was very nice but the location was a bit boring, nothing to do with the hosts or quality of the house itself though. Would stay again.

This little beach cottage was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, and walking distance from a ton of great restaurants & shops. Stephanie was super communicative and the house was spotless. Nicely updated and perfectly beachy. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for my sisters birthday and had the best weekend! Location is great, plenty of spots to walk to that are local and right by the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. Olivia was a great host and made sure we had the best stay.

Great location, and lots of space to hang out both indoors and out. We really enjoyed the back deck off the lake and the hot tub. Literally the perfect spot to watch the Thursday night fireworks. The kitchen was spacious and welcoming. Beds were super comfy too. We will be back!

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

Antony & Amanda are tremendous hosts. We contacted them last minute due to a family emergency. Antony was responsive and had the place ready for us in hours. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the house was and the great location. When our family emergency extended, Antony and Amanda worked with us without question. We are forever grateful. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend staying with them.

Michaels place was everything I could have hoped for! The location was great and super close to the beach and boardwalk. I was surprised to find the condo was stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. Having a stocked kitchen made traveling with my daughter so much easier. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I hope to bring my family back again next year!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

Alana was a wonderful and accommodating host. She was always available to answer our questions and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday, she has special needs, and Alana went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, making our visit both comfortable and relaxing. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-stocked. Alana thoughtfully provides plenty of essentials like paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. There were also more than enough towels and even plenty of beach items available for guest use. The location is excellent, just one block from the beach. In the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed beautiful views of the water and passing boats from both the backyard and front decks, making for perfect sunrise and sunset moments. Overall, this Airbnb is a peaceful, comfortable retreat with a kind and attentive host. We truly appreciated our stay and would highly recommended

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.

The location is ideal, situated right on the beach and directly in front of the entrance, if you want to go for a swim. Beach chairs and towels are included for your convenience.

Everyone was absolutely enamored with the spacious layout and the stunning view from the property. It truly was an exceptional booking experience. However, it’s important to note that there was no access to the jacuzzi, which some guests might find disappointing. Overall, the space was generous with plenty of room to move around, and it was incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. I would definitely choose to book this place again in the future!

This property is great. Inside the house is very nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Outside deck overlooking the marina and Sandy Hook is perfect for barbecuing ( with a good gas grill) or morning coffee in the sun. Location in town is perfect and everything is walkable, lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Enjoyed the place! Great space for families or good friends, it’s a Very Clean nicely appointed functional space with needed items provided for the sink and bathroom, the bathroom has extra space in it to accommodate beach towels and laundry and changing, we really enjoyed having the larger bathroom, had a small issue with TV remote and the lovely person doing room turnovers did provide batteries to see if that would correct the issue and we appreciated the effort and kindness from them, Gregory is responsive when you message him with any questions or concerns, we really liked the keypad security and accessibility for the building and individual units. Enjoyed the access to the balcony along with nice furniture out there, the beds, pillows and comforters were comfortable and clean, and although we didn’t need to utilize it this trip they had handicap access elevator system.
