Holiday rentals with beach access in Mid North Coast

We love the place. Great sunset from the balcony, well-stocked pantry with condiments, etc. Place was clean, well-appointed size. Modern. Tip: the beds are really nice but has different firmness - check before choosing your room! This is the downstairs apartment. Choose upstairs for better view. Direct access with private driveway, too!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Port Macquarie! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It had a calm, beachy vibe and felt like a perfect little retreat. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like kitchen essentials, and local recommendations. The location was fantastic — close to the beach, cafes, and walking trails, yet still quiet and peaceful. Adele was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay and only wish we were staying longer! A clean, comfortable space, a short walk to the stunning bay to see the sunrise. Would definitely stay again next time we visit the area!

Jennifer was lovely to communicate with. The place is beautiful and has an amazing view from the master and lounge rooms. The place is nicely furnished and decorated - with character. Well equipped and lots of nice touches - including a present! Great check out time. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Forster!

Our stay at Matariki was nothing short of exceptional. Our host, Julie, was warm, welcoming, proactive in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The welcome basket was great and Julie’s sourdough is worth fighting for! The location is very convenient and peaceful and the accommodation is very comfortable. This will be a return address for us … for sure.

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

We had a flying visit to Crescent Head with the family and Tim and Wendy’s place was perfect. Located two minutes from anywhere in Cressie. Views were breathtaking in the morning, as we arrived late at night we didn’t notice/ see. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable and relaxing. The shower was nice and hot and I loved the heat lamp, being from Queensland I appreciated it.

We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

Lovely stay in Smiths lake, feel like you’re up in the trees. Note there is a steep driveway and many stairs to get into the home.

Vanessa’s house is amazing — it’s not like staying in a hotel at all, but in a fully furnished, welcoming home. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner kept us cozy on a chilly night. The kitchen was well-stocked, with thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, teabags, and even a bar of chocolate waiting for us on arrival. We loved spending our evenings on the comfy couch, watching Netflix or Apple TV on the impressively large screen. A truly great spot!

Julie's home "Shorebreak" was amazing. It was exactly as described both in words and pictures. The location was perfect across the road from the beach with the ability to check the surf conditions from the front balcony! We were a group of 11, including 6 teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone, huge TVs with great internet, Netflix and lots of cozy corners for parents to read, watch TV or simply relax. The house included everything you could possibly need, with the kitchen being the best of any AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were very large, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms huge and very modern. Julie was fabulous to deal with, she met us upon arrival and explained everything about her house, she was easy to deal with and was extremely responsive when contacted regarding a minor issue, dealing with it promptly. I would highly recommend "Shorebreak" to anyone, and we would defiantly stay at this beautiful home again. Thanks again Julie!

We loved our stay at your beautiful home - so eclectic, gorgeous gardens, so relaxing with the wrap around verandah and day beds, and the magic bush track down to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything so thoughtfully presented … a relaxing home away from home! Our little dog Cliffy absolutely loved his time there too … lots to explore in the fully fenced garden, and he loved his daily beach adventures. Thank you Evelyn & Kerry for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful sea view and very quiet. It has a lovely sunny patio and you can watch the sun rise over the water. The position is great and only a short walk to the beach and town. Very comfortable bed and lovely quality linen. Great provisions including lovely homemade biscuits, great selection of teas, muesli and lots of pantry staples. Debra was great to deal with and provided lots of local information. Thanks for a very relaxing stay and all the little extras provided.

Excellent getaway with family, plenty of room and loads of attractions close by. Highly recommend Leanne as a host, very available and happy to help.

Absolutely lovely beach-side stay, lots of natural light inside and kept very clean. Cafe, restaurants and chemist within short walking distance. Photos are accurate, homely feels and simple instructions/guest book details. Will book again.

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Helens place was perfect for a family getaway. The heated pool area was a standout for the kids. Great facilities and easy walking distance to Port Macquarie town centre, beaches and kids park.

10 stars! The longer you stay in Keran’s studio (and Newcastle) the longer you will want to stay. As frequent airbnb’ers we SO appreciate the considerate built-in storage spaces, HOOKS (!), all the kitchen supplies needed to cook meals, etc.! Keran spoiled us: cheeses, fruit, butter, gluten free crackers (she asked about dietary requirements!), OJ and more. Any anxiety about lack of outdoor space was quelled by a cute cozy basement style patio and the fact that Newcastle Beach and its shaded chill spaces is only a few minutes’ walk away. I have to mention the bathroom which had the most sophisticated lighting I have seen. Plus a great shower, just bring your shampoo. Public transport is nearby but we were happy to have a car to explore and traffic was a non-issue. Smaller car is best. Restaurants in walking distance as well as ocean pools (a must!). Best grocery stores by car. We met Keran who was great about checking in w/us and suggestions. She lives above in this historic complex.

Very clean, nice place to stay! Stayed in winter, good heaters and blankets etc. Good WiFi, good location close to beaches and walkable to some food places. Comfortable beds and pillows - would definitely stay again! FYI Slightly dated decor and not amazing utilities inside the house (eg no cooking oil) but if you are just on a weekend away it really doesn’t matter. Otherwise, really can’t fault it!
