Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mid North Coast

The Cubby house has everything you need and more for a beautiful stay. Thoughtful touches of comfort. We hope to come back one day.

We loved our stay! The location is 10/10…walking distance to a lovely coffee shop with great coffee, The Bowls Club, the Hoey Moey and the beach. The apartment had everything you could possibly need - extra toilet paper, body wash, paper towels, wipes, washing powder and the list goes on. The Bluetooth speaker was also a great touch. The holiday unit amenities were also great and the local tenants were friendly. We would love to stay again next time we are in Coffs Harbour😊

Great place, great facilities and Communication.

The property is centrally located and close walk to nelson bay resturants. View is very peaceful. This apartment is in a resort with lot of facilities. Hosts are very accomodating. We had medical emergency on the day of checkout and they were flexible for us to do late check out.

We just got back from our stay at Shannon’s place in Coffs Harbour and loved it. We travelled with our 3 kids and Shannon readily brought us a fold up mattress for our daughter and was very responsive to messages from us. The place is close to lots of things to do for the kids - pools, putt putt, the beach and the Big Banana! The kids had an absolute ball at the swimming pools and the heated spas were a great addition for some of the days where it was raining. Diggers beach is very private so we had it almost to ourselves when we visited, just a 5 min walk from the apartment. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Renee's villa. The place was beautifully clean and amazingly tranquil. It was within a close walking distance to the beach and cafes. Renee herself was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed! Would definitely recommend and come back. Easy communication and check in process. Only downside is how many flies there was!

Cath and Pat were amazing hosts. The place was massive, super clean and even better than we thought! There was an abundance of amenities provided and they made us feel right at home. They also provided a list of amazing local information from where to shop, where the best parks were and where the best local foods were. An amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back given the opportunity!

Our stay at The Pines was lovely. It is a character filled beautiful 1930s home with 3m ceilings. The pines is comfortable and makes a beautiful backdrop for family photos. We particularly enjoyed taking photos in the sunroom. There is a cafe two blocks away that makes great coffee and sells the best cinnamon scroll I’ve ever had! It also sells a few pantry items and things you need while travelling. The kitchen is well laid out, and has most things you will need. The beds were super comfy and the sound of waves so relaxing. Beautiful views of the sunrise at the beach are worth waking up early for and the sunset from the front porch or a few steps away to the river boast magical sunsets. ✨

Sul Mare is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house sits a great location with ocean view. Checking in and out was very easy. The house was squeaky clean, everything the bathrooms, the beds, the kitchen, etc. It’s a nice neighbourhood as well; very peaceful. Jaymie was very proactive and left very clear instructions about everything. My family LOVED the house❤️ I would absolutely recommend this home to any visitors to Nelson Bay!

We had a lovely stay at June's place. The outlook is just like the pictures so it's beautiful. It's a fully equipped kitchen so very easy to cook your own food. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of pillow options (which I'm always grateful for). The aircon worked super effectively (I point this out because it got cold in the nights) and she very kindly had a bunch of thick bathmats on the floor in the big bathroom to protect your toes from cold tiles. A lovely touch. The main thing I point out is that she's not joking when she says it's an unsealed road to get into the property - she mentions it in the listing so it's not a surprise, but it is a proper country pot holed road, so I recommend an SUV type car (something a bit raised off the ground). Also note that you can only access via Hubbards Rd North - Google maps will show you getting in via Hubbards Rd South but there's no access from there.

A fabulous weekend at the lake house. The house looked and felt so much more than what you see online. It was a stunning location, private and the property made you feel like you were at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Lucy had extra heaters so it was lovely and warm along with the fireplaces. Lucy was responsive in communication and very helpful. Highly recommend this stay. Thank you again 🙏🏼

it was a terrific place!! the house itself was very beautiful everything was so well thought out, it felt so cozy!!! there were sufficient supplies, everything you need. the view was amazing, peaceful and a good place to be to relax away from the city! only downside is the drive in and out especially when dark but it’s nothing after arriving, would totally do it all over again just to stay here!! furthermore, Chris and Leasa were extremely friendly and responded quickly, even went out of the way to help out when the shower wasn’t working during our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay! Hope to be back
