Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mid North Coast

The Cubby house has everything you need and more for a beautiful stay. Thoughtful touches of comfort. We hope to come back one day.

Allison was very responsive and helpful. the property was exactly as shown and amenities as listed. Location is great. Easy parking. Pool and spa was great for an evening swim (before 8pm). The only negative was that the internet kept dropping out. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and i will likely rebook in future.

The most beautiful AirBnB! Hosts were the loveliest people ever and made us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay and gave great recommendations. The place itself was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It had everything we need, everything worked perfectly and it was super comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay there again, it might even be one of my favourite airbnbs ever!

We had such a terrific stay with Madeleine! It was such a fabulous apartment. The King bed and linen was luxurious & so comfy! The B&B was fitted with fluffy towels, extra linen for the fold out couch, a cot, washing power, shampoo, conditioner & dishwasher tablets etc. everything worked perfectly! The actual resort was amazing! Our kids spent so much time in the warm spa and loved the pool that wrapped around the resort. It was such an incredible stay and really great value for money. Apartment was clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend! Thank you for having us! We had the best time & would absolutely visit again.

The property is centrally located and close walk to nelson bay resturants. View is very peaceful. This apartment is in a resort with lot of facilities. Hosts are very accomodating. We had medical emergency on the day of checkout and they were flexible for us to do late check out.

We just got back from our stay at Shannon’s place in Coffs Harbour and loved it. We travelled with our 3 kids and Shannon readily brought us a fold up mattress for our daughter and was very responsive to messages from us. The place is close to lots of things to do for the kids - pools, putt putt, the beach and the Big Banana! The kids had an absolute ball at the swimming pools and the heated spas were a great addition for some of the days where it was raining. Diggers beach is very private so we had it almost to ourselves when we visited, just a 5 min walk from the apartment. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place to stay! We absolutely loved it. So unique and a wonderful break in our family road trip to Sydney. We will remember our night in the old church in the bush fondly. Thank you Rhiannon and Dan.

We had the most amazing stay. The location is perfect, just a short drive to everything is Newcastle and Kotara shopping centre is only 8mins away. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. There pool was lovely, perfect for the very warm days we had. We took our 1 year old for her 1st birthday and the place was very kid friendly. Daz is really lovely, lots of great recommendations and excellent communication.

Great home, ideal location, everything that was in the photos and descriptions where accurate. Great communication. Love to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pat and Cath were very accommodating of our needs. Their home is beautiful with every detail well thought out. Lots of supplies including extra towels and toilet papers. They even left us some eggs which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend for anyone, especially for families with children.

We had a lovely stay at June's place. The outlook is just like the pictures so it's beautiful. It's a fully equipped kitchen so very easy to cook your own food. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of pillow options (which I'm always grateful for). The aircon worked super effectively (I point this out because it got cold in the nights) and she very kindly had a bunch of thick bathmats on the floor in the big bathroom to protect your toes from cold tiles. A lovely touch. The main thing I point out is that she's not joking when she says it's an unsealed road to get into the property - she mentions it in the listing so it's not a surprise, but it is a proper country pot holed road, so I recommend an SUV type car (something a bit raised off the ground). Also note that you can only access via Hubbards Rd North - Google maps will show you getting in via Hubbards Rd South but there's no access from there.

This was my second time staying at Nana's place and it was just as good as the first. The house is lovely - very clean, comfortable and quiet. It's the perfect spot to relax, whether you're cooking, enjoying a sauna, having breakfast on the deck looking into the trees or watching TV by the indoor fire. The location is also great as it is in a quiet part of Smiths Lake but only a short drive to the beaches (Elizabeth, Seven Mile, Boomerang, Blueys, etc). We also enjoyed a massage on the deck from a mobile masseuse (Nana provided the details). Such a great place and I hope to be back!
