Great location, a short walk to the town with lots of amenities or a short walk to the stunning Dutchman's beach. The only downside was the building site next door who started early... But not a problem if you're an early riser!

You can enjoy more than you expect; walking, golfing, watching(even we saw a dolphin family in front of my eyes), fishing, barbecue, and so on. Lorna provided every instruction on how to find the house and stay there without any inconvenience. Thanks, we really enjoyed staying.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The place was clean and tidy - we really liked the updated kitchen and bathroom. The fireplace was a bonus for the chilly nights! We had our dog with us and he really loved the garden to play around in. LJ Hooker was very responsive even on the weekend. It was also conveniently located with a 5 min walk to dog friendly Birubi beac, supermarket and restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

We had a great stay here in Lake Cathie. It’s walking distance to the beach, not far from Lake Cathie Tavern and perfect to fit our 2 x families of 4.

If you’re looking for that home away from home this is the place! The home was absolutely spotless and perfectly described in every way. Great communication for check in and check out. Extremely accommodating and very thoughtful! 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

Excellent location, sunset beach at your doorstep, fantastic with our little kids as we could walk down when the tide was out.

Immaculately clean and well appointed with the most stunning view we could not have been happier to spend a weekend at this beautiful home with our family. Perfect layout for families and friends to enjoy each other’s company or have some space too - especially those with teenagers! Jill made us feel welcome from the minute she took our booking and was so helpful with suggestions for us to ensure our stay was relaxing and eventful. Would highly recommend a stay for anyone that likes an adventure as there is plenty to do in the local area or purely needs a weekend of peace and relaxation!

Great place to stay especially for 2 couples travelling together as had separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas on 2 levels. Very clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to town and good to have some access to wifi. Kiri responded to contact almost immediately and was extremely accomodating when we required a last minute change of dates when the cyclone was predicted to threaten our home. Would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very well presented and nicely decorated town house. Comes with porta cot, high chair and baby gates for top and bottom of stairs. Very clean and well organised. Kitchen is great to cook in and very well stocked with everything you could need. Nice private front courtyard with outdoor shower. Good bbq. Air conditioner up stairs and down stairs. Was nice and cool inside during the January heat. Great location very short walk to main st and main beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great escape from the city to a slice of paradise! Perfect for a surf weekend. Great location as can walk to everything. Parking spot is great too. Bed super comfy! Would stay again :)

Nice to stay in good and comfy property

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s and Michaeli’s beach retreat. The house is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches like a welcome breakfast hamper. The outlook to the tropical garden and ocean view make it really special place even in the rain. We also appreciated the internal door to the garage. We hope to visit again in better weather so we can enjoy the deck and beach.

It was a great little trip with the sun out having the beach only 30 seconds away. The kids loved the space inside and out. The area was so peaceful and the locals were very nice and found some great food at Old Bar Tavern

We had a lovely stay, very spacious, clean and well set up unit with penty of parking. Definitely recommend for small groups looking to explore PMQ!
