Holiday rentals with a patio in Mid North Coast

It is a really beautiful house overseeing the beach near Nelson Bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Host was really nice, even messaged me that she found my misplaced ring. thank you very much! Best seaside experience we had!

Lovely place in a great location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was cosy, well-maintained, and Alana made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

Nice Property - good location and proximity to shops and services. Only downside was a very noisy construction site close by - they started early each morning - c'est la vie

What a wonderful apartment. It was spacious, clean and the balcony added relaxation. The apartment is about 15 mins drive from town but close to a wonderful beach track that goes into town (via a wonderful coffee bar on the beach) or the lighthouse. I couldn’t believe how quiet the beaches were…..just perfect Samantha was the best ever host, she was so generous with the treats and bread and milk that she left us and was great to deal with. She even went out of her way to buy us extra strong coffee!! We really enjoyed our stay and would def recommend

Lovely stay in Smiths lake, feel like you’re up in the trees. Note there is a steep driveway and many stairs to get into the home.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Burgess House is a beautiful house, full of character and also modern kitchen and bathroom. We loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings while also being in town. It’s a very comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay! The kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed to stay comfortably. The host went above and beyond by providing complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, and Nichole was an absolutely lovely host! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions we had—no matter how small. Her responsiveness and warmth really stood out and made our experience that much more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt right at home. We really enjoyed our weekend at Robert's place, the Birdnest in Dungog. Very homely and comfortable, and we loved the bird theme. Learnt a bit about the local birdlike, and enjoyed watching the king parrots among others. Beautiful views, and very close to the Common, where we had some fun mountain bike rides. Robert's communication was first rate. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Loved the large deck - great for kids and adults alike. Everything was as per the description and photos on the website. It is a lovely open plan space. Everything you might need is within walking distance supermarket, bakery, Cafe, Golf Club. Playgrounds and of course the beach and river. Hawks Nest is a beautiful place we will be back.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Absolutely lovely beach-side stay, lots of natural light inside and kept very clean. Cafe, restaurants and chemist within short walking distance. Photos are accurate, homely feels and simple instructions/guest book details. Will book again.

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.
