Two nights over Easter spent at this beautiful riverside cottage, has everything you need here and an added bonus is the hot tub, would definitely recommend 👌

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Beautiful spacious private and peaceful house and dog friendly. Hot tube bonus. Great garden for the dog and children. Our dog had the best time ever. Kitchen full of kitchen crockery and utensils. 3 bedrooms all ensuite Bonus when 6 adults staying together. One of the bedrooms down stairs. Plenty of parking. Great for what we required 3 families getting together. With baby and toddler. Not feeling like on top of one another. If your wanting to cook a big family meal , you’ll have all you need online of crockery kitchen equipment. Washer and dryer in the garage.

Wow! This is the very first Air BnB I have stayed in. The home felt like home as we walked in. It was warm, bright and clean. The treats left for us were warmly welcomed. There were six adults in our group, a baby and a dog. Poppy the dog loved wearing herself out in the garden. Hot tub was clean and the patio area superb. Pub in walking distance, we didn't eat there as we were thoroughly enjoying cooking at home. We took our air fryer which was great as we knew we wanted to cook an Easter Sunday Dinner. Thank you Claudia for your great correspondence and allowing us in earlier with the baby.

A beautiful place and a wonderful break away for me in a really stresssful time. I needed a space that was private but safe and friendly with a sprinkle of special and this delivered 100%. I was met with such friendliness and kindness and felt at home yet away enough in equal measures. Everything is just right and i just felt able to relax, switch off and breathe, but in safety and privacy all at the same time. You really have got things just right 🙏🏻 Thanks so much for your hospitality and kindness. I'll be sure to return xx

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

The cottage was a great base for our bank holiday walking weekend. It was all just as described, easy to park, get in and a bonus that Danielle offered to let us in early on arrival day. The garden is completely enclosed and safe for the dog too which is very important for us. A great stay!

We've had a wonderful stay at the Old Forge. The cottage is very cosy and homely with enough space to spread out. The cottage is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub in, and a great spot to start a good country walk. Our doggies also loved being at the cottage!

What an amazing Cottage there was everything you could wish for. Spotless clean lovely decorated and very comfortable the bedding and beds were amazing really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. A massive plus for us was parking and the outside enclosed for the dogs they were perfectly safe . A nice outside sitting area. Location was perfect with a shop close by and in walking distance to Stratford Town we also drove approximately 30 minutes to the Cotswolds which was beautiful. 100 percent I would recommend and would return we didn’t want to come home. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

Really gorgeous home for a short break, lovely decor and all essentials you need. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. Would definitely recommend and visit again x

Viv always responded quickly and the cottage was lovely. We were a bit chilly after coming from super warm Australia but Viv adjusted the heating for us and it was lovely. The cottage was quiet and very homely. The only thing I’d mention if you were staying for a long period, is that the hand shower in the bath tub takes getting used to, but the tub is deep and a bubble bath was a treat!

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

It’s a very nice property. Lots of land around it. Our children loved it. Perfectly positioned to visit all lovely Cotswolds villages yet quiet and peaceful to relax after the whole day of sightseeing.

Beautiful m quaint cottage in a quiet village location, perfect for a relaxing few days stay. A great price with everything provided for a perfect get away. Spotlessly clean and well thought out features. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The local pub is a very short walk. Stan recommended The Bridge Inn Restaurant in Bidford-on-Avon so a lovely Sunday lunch. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding at the beautiful Merriscourt and my brother and family stayed in the New cottage. They absolutely loved it. It was well stock with everything they needed and they really enjoyed the log fire. I will only have positive thing's to say about Merriscourt and everyone who works there.
