Great place to stay! My friend and I booked the house to celebrate our birthdays and it did not disappoint! We especially loved the heated pool and how cozy the house was. Felt like we were right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

First off I want to start off how great the host communication was. She was a fast responder and very helpful with the things I needed to know. Her Airbnb was home welcoming. Check in was easy. She had everything in the house that you could think to need for a weeks stays. We purchased groceries for the house and she literally had every kitchen utensil that was needed. Laundry, plenty of towels and even beach items. The house was very clean, neat and roomy. Everything was nice and updated. I felt right at home. It was definitely worth the stay and very close to the things I had planned for the week. Thank you again Yenis.

I would stay again my family of 9 stay for a wedding and we were sad to leave. We look forward to booking again in the near future .

The place was immaculate and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Dalaia responded within minutes whenever I had a question. This is in a convenient, residential area, with buses nearby and easy for car shares to find, around 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. You're within minutes of restaurants and convenience stores.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

The unit is tucked back off of street and was perfect for our group. Will definitely book again for next trip to MIAMI

I loved the location. Fit perfect for what I came to do. Felt very safe at night. Cozy and tucked away with more than enough parking which was great. Love that there was a choice of channels I could relax and watch some TV. A lot of air bnb’s don’t have channels you can watch. That was a plus. If need to do business in that area again would stay again. 💯.

Bright, spacious, and clean apartment on the first floor in a save neighborhood. Friendly and helpful host. Perfect location for exploring the Design District (5min walk), Wynwood (10 to 15min walk). Direct link to Miami Beach via I195 (15 min to South Beach by car). Many local restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood.

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

Lorena is the quintessential host! Her communication level is perfect. Additionally, she makes sure that everything is taken care of in the apartment. Great view from the apartment and very elegantly decorated. Also, has more amenities (appliances, linens, beach equip, etc) than one would expect. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Very clean and tastefully decorated place. It was a very short walk to the beach and the included beach items came in handy. The pool was also very nice and never overcrowded during our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.
