Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

Great place to stay! My friend and I booked the house to celebrate our birthdays and it did not disappoint! We especially loved the heated pool and how cozy the house was. Felt like we were right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We flew in, grabbed dinner at Anthony's, which was super easy to walk to and delicious, went to bed, and boarded our cruise the next morning. It was very easy to check in using the door code, the house was exactly as pictured, and communication was easy. Great location and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place for a weekend in Miami. We had a wedding in coral gables and maxs place was the perfect spot for 2 couples. My husband used the home office which was sound proof and a huge perk. Would highly recommend!

Kelly and Christopher's Airbnb was perfect. They are extremely responsive hosts. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The location was great, central to many Miami areas and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Each bedroom had a tv, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I recovered from surgery here and this was a comfortable place to do so. My only suggestion would be to add a shelf or two in the bathroom and maybe some hooks as well, as counterpace is limited.

Beautiful place to stay with everything you need perfect surroundings. You get the peace and quiet but if you want to go out there is nothing too far away. I definitely recommend this place and I hope I get the chance to stay again.

Nicole was great and helpful . She changed the dishwasher once I told her it was not working. The house was spacious . Beds comfy . Bathrooms amazing . Kitchen full equipment.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Simply stunning! Five stars doesn't even begin to do it justice. My wife and I came here to celebrate a few things, including our ten year anniversary. This place is an elegant and rustic cottage nestled in a lush tropical garden (orchids literally bloomed during our stay) and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was refreshing and recharging to unwind indoors, in the garden, and by the idyllic pool. While being here it was hard to believe we were in the heart of bustling and vibrant Miami, easily accessible to MIA airport, beaches, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The hosts are great and made us feel welcome and cared for. The house itself is well stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, and very well decorated. It was an ideal getaway and we look forward to coming back. Could not recommend this enough.

Everything was perfect! Location was amazing, easy access to great restaurants, we were 25 minutes from South Beach, 20 minutes from Little Havana. We spent a lot of time at the house by the pool and had everything we needed. Unfortunately our stay was short so we didn’t really get to enjoy all the area had to offer but would definitely book again. Check in/check out was easy and Miguel was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous retreat home with spectacular salt-water pool and a majestic lake view. William and team are amazing hosts and very accommodating and flexible. We look forward to booking this home again soon.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our needs and backyard with pool was nice. Hiram was very responsive to any issues we had and always made himself available. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to stay in a good location!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wendy and Jordan’s guest suite! The suite was exactly like the pictures! The space was impeccably clean, and nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better. Just a short drive to Everglades cruise terminal where we were headed the next day for a week cruise. Wendy was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone and I would definitely stay at the suite next time I visit Florida
