Very nice accommodations, and well furnished. Kitchen had a good layout and well equipped. Beautiful Ocean view, communication with the host is excellent

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Good location, good value, quiet at night, cute coffee shops and restaurants downstairs, beautiful views and rooftop pool.

Lorena is the quintessential host! Her communication level is perfect. Additionally, she makes sure that everything is taken care of in the apartment. Great view from the apartment and very elegantly decorated. Also, has more amenities (appliances, linens, beach equip, etc) than one would expect. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. The apartment location is great with convenient access to the beach, pool, Publix and an amazing restaurant with great carry out, Patagonia. We will be back ! Thank you for crafting an amazing stay!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

We have used this property a number of time. The property is always clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The property is in a quiet zone with multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, All of this made our 3 week stay more enjoyable. Would recommend it.

Very central, no problem with finding parking. One thing i did not like in the house is white color lighting I would prefere yellow light which is more calm and teanquil.

Gabriela’s apartment was very nice, just like the photos, and equipped with everything you could need., including plenty of pots and pans for cooking and extra paper products. The apartment worked out great for my sister in law and I as she was having plastic surgery and she was very comfortable, especially having the adjustable beds. The neighborhood is very walkable, having Winn Dixie, CVS, banks, some stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It was nice also having a secure parking spot. The tvs had a lot of streaming options also. Gabriela is an amazing host! She brought me an extra key fob for the parking at 9 PM so I wouldn’t have to park on the street when I misplaced hers. I really appreciated it because I had just brought my “patient” back from surgery . I would stay here again when coming to Miami, highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris's place in Fort Lauderdale and highly recommend it. We were there with our 2 children and my parents. The unit comfortably accommodated 6 people. It was clean, and the kitchen stocked with all the essentials needed for those who enjoy cooking. The beds were comfortable and my daughters especially loved the murphy bed. Staff in the building were super friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. We absolutely loved the location which was a 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and a 15 minute walk to Publix and Galleria Mall. We felt very safe in the area. Chris was very friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. Checking in and out was super easy. The free parking was also a bonus! We plan to return and will definitely stay at the property again.

Cory’s space was exactly what we needed! He had everything we needed for our trip. Felt very at home and the staff in the building were very friendly and helpful as well. Additionally the pool and gym access were such a great addition to the already nice living space.
