Holiday rentals with beach access in Miami Beach - South Beach

I highly recommend this location for a Miami get away. Close to everything with amazing views.

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

The place looks exactly as depicted in the photos. Very convenient check in process. Huge balcony with lovely views. Walmart a less-than-10 min walk away if you want to buy food/drinks for the place and save some money (although outside drinks prohibited at the resort pool unless you get creative). The beach/ocean is stunning, although you are pretty crammed in with others (at least in high season/March). No fault of the host, but the elevators can be tedious. 4 elevators for 41 floors is simply not sufficient during busy hours, and sometimes we’d wait at least 5 min for the elevator. Highly recommend neighboring restaurant Etaru - best meal we had in Hollywood. The linens were clean. The bed was soft. Could use a few more pillows but overall a very pleasant stay! I would recommend.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Martin's apartment is everything you want in a vacation rental. Perfect location: 3 minute walk to the beach; 5 min walk to supermarket and coffee shop; short drive to restaurants and (very) upscale grocery store. Amazing host who is responsive and understanding. And a spacious apartment apartment that comes with everything you could ask for. I was actually able to return some items that I had bought for the trip because the apartment was so much more stocked than I expected. Thank you, Martin, can't wait to return.

We absolutely loved this vacation home. Communication was great from prior to booking and throughout our stay. Everything was so beautiful and clean. It felt luxurious yet homey and the most lovely place to call home during our Florida vacation. A beautiful heated pool, outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating made the outdoor so relaxing and inviting. We have the unique experience of having rented the 1 bedroom unit in this home prior to the renovation. The thought and expense that went into the renovation is very apparent as it feels like a completely different home. We will definitely rent this vacation home again and can't wait to come back.

We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

llan's place was amazing! Loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful esthetics. There were no issues; the entire weekend here was filled with nothing less than positive vibes. I will definitely book here again!

The house was great for our family! We enjoyed our stay and Joe was an excellent host. Hollywood Beach is very close to the house, there is also a 24 hour CVS right down the road. Publix is also very close to this location.

Great host. Very responsive. Marci’s place is super cozy. My family and I enjoyed the warmth of Marci’s home. It had everything we needed, plus more. The home has three lovely separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bath. The second bedroom has its own private bath. The third bedroom’s occupants do not have a private bath. We used the private baths of the two other bedrooms. Although awkward at first, we made the arrangement work. Highly recommend Marci’s place. Thank you Marci for the lovely stay.

We rented Cristian’s for a wedding that we were attending and turned into a short family getaway. His place was great! Cristian was super responsive, accommodating, friendly, and professional. The view from the lobbing room was amazing and relaxing. We had no issues with our stay and would love to rent his place again when we come back to Miami. Thank you Cristian for making our stay amazing!

Absolutely loved staying at this listing for my bachelorette party. For one thing, the house and all of the bedrooms are bigger than the photos let on. We slept a group of 12 comfortably and could definitely fit more in an air mattress if need be. This was a pleasant surprise! The living room and dining space is also more spacious than depicted. You can tell it is an older home that hasn't had (and doesn't need) a complete overhaul, but it has a ton of charm! The backyard is just as depicted, is gorgeous and is the highlight of the home. The other highlight is the location. It's in a beautiful Las Olas neighborhood only a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 5-15 minute way to the restaurants/bars on Las Olas Boulevard. Finally Johnny was incredibly responsive, kind ans and flexible with check-in and check-out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.
