The duplex apartment on the second floor (no elevator) has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels can be rented.

Located on the second and top floor , enjoying a nice partial view of the pond , facing south , the 53 m2 accommodation has all the comforts necessary to ensure you have a pleasant stay:-)

Accommodation consisting of a living room with fitted kitchen, double sofa bed, cabin with bunk beds, bathroom, and terrace (loggia) with direct view of the harbor. Linens and towels are available. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has a secure independent garage on the ground floor.
