Our second stay at the coto but with family this time. Everyone loved it. We had a problem with the water heater and Jessica send us someone to help us right away. She is a formidable super host and I recommend her highly.

Ángel's place was just like home. The pool was amazing. He had plenty of kitchen stuff to prepare our own food. Hammock in the back and plenty of lines to dry clothes and towels. the washing machine takes a bit of getting used to but once you do it works well! Walking distance to shops and grocery and absolutely amazing food near by! Thank you! We will be back!

Nice place to stay , near the beach , restaurants. Use car to move around will be better

excellent apartment with everything you need, the transport passes half a block away, 20 minutes to the center, excellent in all aspects

The place is nice, clean and just as seen in the photo, there is a supermarket very close to buy things and cook, you can take transportation to go to more touristy areas

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I loved the apartment, the stay was very pleasant, having a garden space was very relaxing, the spaces were clean, the beds were very cozy, the pool space was excellent, clean and heated, I would return without hesitation

we had a great time. The building is secure with a lock at the front door that's easy to enter by punching in a code. The rooftop pool is amazing. a great place to go and escape and look over all of Mexico. the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. there was a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us. we mainly were walking around and exploring or we rented a car and took in some sites. The place was clean. the air conditioner worked great and we were very close to all the amenities. I would definitely rent again.

the apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) It is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

Victoria was very nice and helpful with us. We were quick to resolve a problem with the internet. We were very comfortable in general. The only thing that would improve the space is that it had air conditioning for the hot season.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Highly recommended. The condominium has very good amenities. the pools have hot water. Beach access very spacious parking. the apartment is very comfortable with all the services and in very good condition.

The place is quite cozy and has everything you need to spend your stay without any problems; definitely having a washer and dryer is a plus, in particular it helped us a lot. The view is incredible; walking a little and going down a couple of slopes you can find the Amapas beach, a secluded and beautiful beach. As for cleaning 10/10. We leave satisfied and eager to return.
