Holiday rentals with beach access in Mezcales

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

Incredible! Alejandra welcomed us with pleasure even though I accidentally got the flight schedules mixed up and we arrived two hours later than I initially told them. Alejandra was aware of us at all times. The Peninsula staff also gave us good service. The facilities are the same as the photos, both the unit inside and the building, pool, and beach. The location is quite private and they take security very seriously. To enter the Flamingos area where this Peninsula is located, you must identify yourself, also identify yourself before entering the property's facilities, and wear a bracelet throughout your stay. I loved that there were only 3 units when we went up to our apartment, so there was no waiting in the elevator. The assigned parking space is also relatively close to the elevator. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. We could have two showers and the washing machine on at the same time. The A/C worked very well. We'll be back!

Excellent accommodation, totally recommended, the pool was amazing, the water was not cold and it was very large with easy access, the airbnb was super nice, comfortable and complete, we loved our stay

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

A fantastic place, it's very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the reception 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

Everything was excellent except that the elevator didn't work and it was very difficult to climb the carriage 5 flights up.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was attentive at all times. It has an excellent location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. Parking is convenient. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet place, the pool a few steps from the house … highly recommended… very safe area.. only suggestion is to put an air extractor in the patio

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

Had a great little stay at Rodrigo’s place! He had it so clean and was a perfect location to get to the pools. Loved our stay here would definitely go back!

We had a great 8 night stay with 3 young kids. The property was beautiful & kept very clean. The unit was perfect for our family & Rod was very responsive throughout our stay, even allowing a last minute late check out so we had somewhere to be before our flight. Our kids loved the pools, and the beach area was great. We bring a canopy every beach vacation & didn’t even need to get it out. There were some beach toys & a boogie board, & even 1 child floatie at the unit. The showers to wash off at the beach had pleasant warm water, & all the public restrooms were very clean. Im a designer & appreciated all the finishes throughout the property. Mornings were always perfect weather, & when winds would pick up in the afternoon, the pool by the gym on the roof was always more protected from the winds, which was nice. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as our QR code didn’t work, but Rod was very responsive giving alternate ways to get into the unit. We would stay again.
