Holiday rentals with beach access in Mexico

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

The house was amazing, a beautiful private area right next to the beach with an incredible pool and hot tub. Inside was a great bedroom with TV and AC, next to a kitchen to make some small meals. Alberto and Nadia were the best hosts I've had the pleasure to meet. They were helpful, responsive and very sweet and friendly. Will continue coming back here next time I'm in Sisal.

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere a bit far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problems

Great beach view. Spacious place with kitchenette and table for four people. Very close to get to the airport, Mayan train station, Plaza la Isla, playa dolphins, etc. No traffic complaint on the days we were. Very good care of the host.

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

The stay in the house was very good, the facilities are nice, there is everything to make the stay very comfortable, the only thing is that the streets around are very ugly, they are not paved and it is difficult to walk between them

We’ve stayed at Ron’s multiple times now and it always exceeds expectations! You cannot beat the location, privacy, and views of this place. My family and I spent the weekend in Amy's home, and it was such a relaxing experience. We enjoyed the beautiful views and had dinner outside while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. We enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca. Great location on the beach near Puerto Nuevo. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood. We had a great family trip here.

100% would stay here again. Reality is better than the pictures. Very responsive host. Bibi was wonderful with anything we needed. Very quiet and tranquil environment Would not be good for someone with mobility issues

I cannot stress this enough… BOOK WITH ZON! Don’t even think twice. It’s so beyond clear he does this for much more than the money. I’ve NEVER had a host go so above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He grew up there and knows Cabo like the back of his hand. His recommendations are absolutely amazing and will help with ANYTHING you might need! My trip was 100x better with his help than it would’ve been without. I can’t wait to come back and will be booking again 1000%!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

My family absolutely loved Debbie's condo! It looked exactly like the photos—if not better. The location was perfect, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Debbie was also fantastic—she checked in to make sure everything was going well, responded quickly to any questions, and was incredibly friendly. My family has already said they’d love to stay here again the next time they visit Mazatlán.

Chris’s apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent; whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. The shared pool was cleaned daily and was almost always quiet and nearly empty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Very impressed with our stay, the room and view was beautiful!!! Will definitely choose to book this room again if and when we return to Cabo! We loved having a nearby grocery store open 24 hours and multiple pools with one being heated. The patio was large, the decor and furniture were very nice. The host was helpful and we are so happy to have chosen Luis for our airbnb booking.

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.

It is staying in a first world hotel, the treatment is wonderful both from the host and his team, you can really go to rest and forget about the world, the right place to share experiences with friends or family, very safe, very quiet, on the beach and suitable to guarantee your satisfaction and rest

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.
