Aparthotel holiday rentals in Mexico

My wife and I stayed in a casita with our two pups. We had a great covered patio area. The grounds are lush with new plants and palm trees. There is an outdoor palapa area with a grill that is great for cooking and hanging out. It's right on the malacon and close to all kinds of restaurants and bars. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

The accommodation is better than expected in terms of space, comfort, and freedom. You have to go with the mentality of not cooking anything or just in grill as it is a little complicated as there is no kitchen. Pets go with pets is perfect!! Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back!!

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I like that Alado has a coffee for breakfast. The very good installation, has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

The resort is beautiful and the view from our room was fantastic. Check-in was easy. Food was good and transportation between resorts was convenient. Will stay again!!

Beautiful house within 5-10 mins of everything in Playa del Carmen. We had everything we needed for a one week stay. The backyard and pool were perfect for our kids to play. Santiago was super responsive when messaged, replying within 10 mins.

Great place to sleep with a prime location

I did a month stay and it was great. The location is great, steps from the beach if you leave from the lower exit. There was housekeeping everyday. The wifi was solid the entire time supporting my laptop and firestick.

Excellent place that makes you feel like being at home, the amenities of the condominium are quite comfortable to be with family, I would definitely come back.

The hotel outside makes a bad impression but inside matches the photographs. The concept is a lot of independence from the guest but it was what we needed and that's why we liked it. In general, everything is good.

The accommodation is very nice. It is detailed correctly as there is a lot of noise and music from the clubs nearby, but it is possible to sleep and have a good time.
