Condo holiday rentals in Mezcales

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Thank you for taking care of every detail of a warm and tasteful apartment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, towels and sheets are clean without hair, the beds are comfortable, 10/10 everything, we will definitely return! 😃 Excellent amenities offered by Maritima beach and very friendly staff, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds..especially the blackout ones in the bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it's very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.

This condo was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space was safe and clean. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in Bucerias, as there were great restaurants in walking distance and of course, it's right on the beach. The grocery stores were a quick Uber ride anytime we needed something although if you need something quick and easy, you could walk to the other stores. We looked at a lot of accomodations in the area before booking this beautiful condo and once we were in Bucerias, we looked at the other buildings we had considered and we have no doubt that we booked the best condo in town. Thank you to the hosts for clear check in instructions, be available for questions and very helpful for anything we needed. The security and maintenance teams are great. Just book this condo if you are considering it, you won't be disappointed.

Comfortable stay, a few steps from the beach, nearby shops, clean and quiet place to rest.

The property was very nice and clean. The view was amazing of the beach and the ocean. We met Jorge's property manager Alejandra and she was very friendly and and got us setup with access and walked us through the condo's amenities. Any questions we had, she was able to answer it for us. At one point we had an air conditioning unit that was dripping water and she had the repair guy over to our place quickly and fixed the unit. The air conditioning units work well and cool the condo really well. The stay was very relaxing and wonderful. I would stay there again.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

I loved the location, very close to the romantic area, lots of restaurants, bars and obviously the beach. The apartment is very spacious and what I loved is that I could take my dog. I would definitely go back.

Our host Adriana took very good care of us since check-in. We take your recommendations to travel to know the nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The hike in the village is slightly heavy the climb, but if you have a little bit of physical condition go and go. I definitely recommend having a stay in this place. Thank you very much for everything!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

This was our second stay with Liana. 5 star stay. Once again. The location is great. The space is clean. The amenities are wonderful. Would return without hesitation.

The place was incredible and felt like home. The air b and b was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when it came to tips for local recommendations. I would stay here again in a heart beat !!

Enjoyable stay. There was a last minute issue with the A/C prior to check in. The host offered an alternate condo in the same property, but we preferred the one we reserved. The team worked hard to restore the A/C, which was resolved 24 hours later. The team is super responsive and very professional.

This is one unit in a building that has many. It’s my favorite, but may be worth looking at the rest of Liz’s listings too if this one is booked. Loved the shared pool space. The private patio in the unit was amazing. Views for days both from the unit and the shared spaces. The kitchen was set up for cooking. Very clean and comfortable; linens were nice. Liz provided coffee and other essentials. There’s bottle water by the pool. A little library and spare sunscreen. I loved the neighborhood. It felt far enough from the nightlife to be peaceful but close enough for an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Building felt secure and private. We’ll be back to stay at casa sunset again for sure.

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!
