Holiday rentals with a balcony in Mexico

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The doorman, Martin, was especially kind and accommodating—his friendly presence really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed walking around the area, and when we needed to get farther, Ubers were easy to order and arrived quickly. The space itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It did get a little stuffy at night, but thankfully there were fans provided, which helped a lot. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay—would definitely recommend!

I and my family visit CDMX often; and can easily say this was the best experience. The apartment is in a great location, close to many cafes/restaurants. It is clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable and fun stay. The hosts are amazing and what makes Mexicans special — they were super kind to accomodate our check-in and check-out needs.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Great location. And felt safe ! Loved that there was a park right outside the building. Restaurants/bars are walking distance from the home. The host was very responsive too. Answered my questions right away. Beds were comfortable. The home was perfect for me and my friend.

Loved the location and the views were amazing! Walkable and safe. Apartment was beautiful and loved having AC in the master. Hosts had great communication and the door staff were so friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us.

Great location, clean and just as the pictures showed. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touches with the coffee service each morning and housekeeping daily. Very comfortable bed and perhaps the best rain shower I’ve ever experienced. A/c was a little unpredictable but appreciated the team’s help with that.

The apartment is exactly as described and it was a great base for us to explore CDMX! Very convenient and walking distance to top restaurants and sights. The hosts were very responsive and even brought a high chair for our toddler. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in our future trips to CDMX!

Victoria and her place are the best representation of what airbnb has to offer. Great communication, non-invasive, and perfectly representative of what you are getting. Very beautifully decorated and stylish and the beds were very comfortable. Phenomenal location, gorgeous place that feels like you are in an upscale apartment NYC or SF, and for the price it was unbelievable. Also, assuming you are a responsible guest and not making a mess, there wasn’t a list of tons of chores to clean and wash the apartment from top to bottom since that is already covered in cleaning costs. Just like staying at a hotel and in my opinion the way it should be. I have nothing but good things to say and will absolutely be staying there next time I go to Mexico City. It truly was perfect. An Excellent place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The huge house, comfortable, modern and functional. The great pool and hot tub. The temperature of the Jacuzzi allows you to enjoy it from the early hours of the day to the night. Exceptional cleaning and maintenance staff. Restaurants, plaza, places of distraction, adventures and beaches super close by. Undoubtedly the best place to Hospedarse in Nuevo Vallarta.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Our stay at Roberto's home was fantastic. The house is very unique and on the top of a hill with a beautiful view - it is just far enough from town to feel very private while still being a walkable distance from everything. Roberto was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend staying at this listing - it will make your Sayulita experience unforgettable!

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

Very nice place, the house is very nice and the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended to enjoy as a family with total peace of mind. The only thing is that the parakeet seems a little sad and depressed, hopefully they give it more attention.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

We had the most amazing time staying here in Sayulita!! Everything about our stay was perfect! Ernesto was so helpful organizing our group shuttles and the chef experience was superb. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and highly recommend!

The noise was not as bad as some have experienced. Perhaps I was able to get the white noise to work well. I was never bothered by the loud music, but the last Friday my wife said she was aware of it. Our daughter said she never noticed it. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the parade of people on the Malecon and the boats and swimmers that were on the water. I personally liked watching the pelicans diving into the water for their food. To start with the walk to the Romantic zone (the old town) was a bit fatiguing but by the end of the week our walking legs had returned and it wasn't hard at all. This should be taken with the understanding that my 85 year old legs are not as strong as they once were. For elderly people such as us the elevator was a great help. All in all it was a great visit and Patrik and Luz apartment was perfect for the week that we were there. We certainly will be back.

We loved this spot in Roma Norte. It was perfect for me and my friend. This was probably the cleanest AirBnb I have ever stayed in. Check in was easy and we were able to drop our bags off before check in. The apt felt very safe. Very comfortable. Bright and spacious. Tons of closet space and hangers. I will say the street is very loud, but I’m used to city noise so it didn’t bother us at all. Just something to take into consideration - this is not a quiet place but it was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the surrounding neighborhood - so many places to eat and shop and walk. Karen was super communicative and responsive and helpful. Everything was wonderful!

Esther was extremely flexible with check-in and was a great host. The apartment is in a 10/10 location within a 15-minute walk to hundreds of restaurants/cafes/bars. The Airbnb is beautiful and has an amazing terrace which you can enjoy with Mexico City's great climate.

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! We have never stayed in a place with such an aura. The building has space open in the middle and it's beautiful to enjoy the rain. The appartment was beautiful decorated, comfortable, cultured and modern. Check in was seamless as the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness & temperature was beyond words. Beds and couches are very comfortable and Todd has made sure extra linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies is all stocked and easy to find. Todd is a proactive communicator and wants to make sure you have everything for your trip (responds promptly). The location is great for thoes looking to be in the action of the romantic zone but also want a peaceful space. Todd was very accommodating with check-in & alterations, as the pool was in maintenence during our stay. The gym was small but beautiful and well equipped. Overall we had a great stay & we've never quite felt at home like we did here. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you Todd
