Je recommande les yeux fermés ⚡️ Le lieux est assez frais même quand il fait chaud et l’espace de la chambre du haut avec la deuxième salle de bain permet aussi d’être plus isolé parfois. Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house-it exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The home is filled with unique art and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a group of five couples, we had plenty of space to relax, and the rooftop garden quickly became our favorite spot to gather. A highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday with an incredible Mexican dinner prepared by Raquel and Toñita-it was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, with everything just steps away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning our next visit so we can stay even longer. I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

As many have said before, this is the practically perfect AirBnb. The combo of convenience and unique is really difficult to accomplish, and Shawn has nailed it. The space is functional art, every inch considered, beautiful, and understated. Communication was clear and Shawn is a delightful host, immediately felt like a trusted friend.

Located in the heart of Condesa, Alejandra's apartment was the perfect place for our first visit to this vibrant city. Every day, it was wonderful to return to this calm and spacious oasis after touring around CDMX. It is close to everything one needs - cafes, bars, restaurants, cute stores, parks. Baltra Bar (no. 20 of North America's top 50 best bars) is literally around the corner; such a delightful discovery and recommendation of Alejandra. The bed was comfortable and the blackout blinds a great touch. Plus, the ceiling fan was effective in keeping the bedroom cool. The bathroom aesthetics are very pleasing too. Alejandra herself is incredibly responsive and helpful. She even offered a mid-week cleaning free of charge. Highly recommend her hospitality and serene apartment. We hope to stay there again next time we are back in CDMX!

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

The place was super safe, there is a lot to do around easy to get Uber.

Absolutely beautiful historic building in colonia Roma. Loved it! Safe building with easy and convenient digital lock access. Valeria is a wonderful host and I recommend her place to anyone who loves the architectural heritage of colonia Roma.

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at an Airbnb in CDMX. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a peaceful and serene garden. It’s walkable to many cafes and restaurants and is safe. Highly recommend staying here again.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Amazing place to stay - I felt super safe in the apartment and the surrounding areas and it was very well connected to other neighbourhoods. The rooftop garden and gym were an amazing touch to get outside without all of the bustle of the streets. The wifi was very fast and everything in the apartment worked perfectly! The place does get a bit hot but there are loads of fans to keep you cool. Would recommend this place to anyone for a stay in central CDMX!
