After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Have the inclusive Continental breakfast downstairs at the Caffe Toscano before returning to an apartment full of eye-catching details. These include a striking mother-and-child portrait, leather chesterfield chairs, and carved-gilt mirror-frame accents. This loft is located on one of the most sought-after areas of Ciudad de Mexico. In particular, Roma Norte is known for its rich variety of restaurants, galleries, bars, and nightlife. Stock up on provisions at nearby grocery stores as well.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Incredible local and gourmet shops nearby. There are also supermarkets two blocks away and a variety of category stores.

We are located in the heart of Mexico City's Historic Center, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral and the Zócalo. Each room has a kitchenette, induction grill, mini fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender and basic utensils to cook whatever you like, as well as towels and a dryer. If an iron and ironing board are required, please request them.
