You'll have the opportunity to plant, transplant, or harvest indigenous crops. • We'll conclude with a guided meditation on interconnectedness and a nourishing farm-to-table meal made using organic ingredients from the garden. You'll walk away with a new perspective on preserving Mexico's rich traditions, as well as tips for cultivating sustainability in your daily life. This hands-on floral design workshop takes you from sourcing flowers at the market to creating your own floral art. You’ll gain insight into the artistry of floral design and leave with beautiful creations and memories. • We’ll begin a walk through Mercado de Jamaica, visiting several of my trusted vendors. You’ll discover unique flowers and foliage from across Mexico and learn about their origins and uses. • Next, we’ll head to the Florever studio, where I’ll guide you through the process of crafting a framed collage of pressed flowers, which you’ll get to take home. • Before we part ways, you’ll also receive a selection of pre-pressed flowers and another frame so you can continue creating on your own, as well as a tote bag, notebook, and pen. In addition to your keepsakes, you’ll leave with a new appreciation for the richness of Mexican flowers and floral artistry.

Our Masterclass is a highly interactive Experience during which one of our expert, in-house Mixologists takes you on a sensory journey through the creation of 3 mezcal-based cocktails. We start with a short simple tasting to introduce you to the basics of the spirit then before you know it, you'll be layering flavours and building the cocktail of your dreams based on your own tastes and choices, all whilst mastering some cheeky tricks of the trade along the way. For the doubters out there who're not sure whether or not they even like mezcal... let us help you fall in love, you won't be dissappointed! And for those who prefer the virgin alternative, we can happily guide you through the creation of delicious mocktails instead. The entire Experience takes place in our beautiful, purpose-designed private bar, Salón Rosario, in the charismatic and central neighbourhood of Roma Norte.
