Beautiful studio/mini apartment totally independent, cozy and with lots of light, it is newly remodeled. Downstairs has a hall with sofa and kitchenette, upstairs is the bedroom with full bathroom. It is in a good (safe) area with shops and communication routes. Very close to the ITAM of Santa Teresa, the Ángeles del Pedregal Hospital and the Pemex Sur Hospital, just three blocks from the suburbs.
