My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

Lorena was a great host. The place was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the few times I needed to communicate with her, she responded almost immediately. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with tons to do. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

The Location was Amazing and the home decorations perfectly fit the destination in a very modern way.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent place, good space and well located if you plan to go to the south of Mexico City

Omar's place had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location is very good close to transit, groceries, restaurants and close to parks and popular venues. We felt very safe, the streets around are watched by the police all the time. I do recommend this place.

Excellent service from Hugo and Estela. Unbeatable location, with spectacular views, next to Parque La Mexicana (excellent for runners) and with a great range of services, restaurants and 5 minutes from Centro Santa Fé. I would return without hesitation.

What a beautiful place to call home for the week. The space was SO lovely and the details were amazing. It was so easy for us to get around on foot and anytime we went farther, it was simple for rides to find us. Food options were great and coffee options were great. Only note, it was a bit warm upstairs and in order to keep it cooler at night the window needed to be open which also came with a some street noise. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay, very clean and safe!

Everything was excellent! On the day of arrival I felt a little abandoned on the cell phone but nothing else was my nerves because the instructions that Monica gave me the day before were incredibly precise and everything happened as she described it. Wonderful place!

It was over six weeks and everything flowed wonderfully, I'll be back when I need it and the view is really spectacular over all CDMX

Nice place for two people to stay! Very easy to check-in and out, and the host is very helpful, kind and responds quickly :) It’s a great spot in Coyoacan, which is also a beautiful and cosy part of CDMX, like a cosy village, but still easy to go to other parts of the city. We had trouble falling asleep a few nights because of sounds from other apartments, but that’s not the host’s fault ofc. Thin walls I guess. Very cosy when you wake up though and can look out on the greenery outside. Beautiful light!
