In leafy yet central location Heiligenhaus we offer in a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house friendly guestrooms within easy for 1 max. 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We are renting a renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the east of Ratingen near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities nearby, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away, the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Wir (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 & Ayumi 🐶<1) vermieten unsere Einliegerwohnung (o. Küche!) im Souterrain unseres Hauses in Mettmann / Metzkausen mit separatem Eingang über den Hausflur. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer liegt an der Terrasse zum Garten sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es bietet sich vor allem für Messegäste an (Düsseldorf 20km, Essen 30km und Köln ca. 40km) oder jemanden, der z.B. Familie in der Nähe besucht. Bei Fragen sind wir jederzeit ansprechbar und freuen uns aufs Gastgeben!

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

This 1-room apartment in the center of Mettmann offers a modern living/dining/sleeping area with fitted kitchen, a hallway incl. a wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Through the common staircase you enter the apartment on the 2nd floor through a lockable entrance door. Other amenities include two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a dining table for 2 people, a small kitchenette, a TV, an armchair with a small table, guest Wi-Fi and a wardrobe.

Waldoase

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

We rent a cozy room with shower and toilet with separate staircase access. The room is located on the 7th floor and offers a beautiful view of the city. The elevator goes up to the 6th floor. We live one floor below and will be happy to help with any questions or issues.
