Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Milan

If you need a base in Milan, this is recommended. We wanted to be close to Centrale so as to make arriving and leaving Milan easier. And for our day trip to Lake Como. So although this lovely apartment is not in the heart of Milan or one of the trendy inner suburbs, you are right on the Metro lines and can zip in to where the tourist action is. But otherwise in a lovely suburb, near the train and lots of places to eat and buy food nearby. Highly recommended. And loved having a kitchen and washing machine. Lots of natural light which makes the walk up the stairs worth it!

The hous was neat and clean. Everything was equipped perfectly. Adrian kindly explained in detail on how to use various furniture and facilities in the house. This was our 3rd stay at this superb apartment. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan. It's fantastically located in the heart of the city, near public transport and equipped with everything you need. Angela is super quick to respond to any query or problem, and after 3 stays here we feel like a friend! Thanks again for a wonderful 3 days in Milan to finish our European trip!

Nick's studio was great for my partner and I. The studio is located centrally in Milan about a 5 minute walk from Cadorna metro station and close to many great restaurants and bakeries. We were able to walk easily to many different attractions such as the Castello Sforzesco and Duomo di Milano. The studio was modern and clean, and the black out shades were a blessing! Nick was a very responsive host and quick to answer any questions we had.

We absolutely loved our stay! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The space is bright and beautifully designed, with great natural light. The neighborhood felt very safe, with secure key access to the building. It was also wonderfully quiet. Another highlight: the location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance.

Perfect location for a Milano stay! We walked to virtually everything - from historic sites to parks to restaurants and clubs. A perfect stay with lots of space and room. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

This is a very cozy apartment, fully corresponds to the photo! Quiet neighborhood, very beautiful entrance. It's absolutely quiet at night. It's a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, the shop is around the corner. The apartment was very clean, there was everything you needed! It is evident that the apartment is being monitored and treated with care! Thanks to this accommodation, I felt at home!

Extremely nice and clean apartment in a nice area, found a nice restaurant and quickly had an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear, the car could be parked safely and we got very good tips about nice eateries nearby, thank you very much for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again.

This place was exactly what we needed, clean, exactly as described, and in a great location, just minutes from the metro. FDP was lovely and an excellent communicator throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Marina was always very responsive to any questions we had. Her communication was excellent. She warmly greeted us and was very proud of her bright light place, as she should be. There were lots of extras for us to enjoy which we really appreciated. The space was very well equipped. We d have no hesitation on recommending Marina’s place.
