Any availability of the apartment before noon will be duly communicated by the Host at least the day before. In any case, Guests are always allowed to leave their luggage and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before the agreed check-in time (as well as after the check-out time, as specified below), at any time of the day or night. Guests usually agree with the Host, before their arrival, on the approximate time. 1) Morning check-in Upon their arrival at Via San Carpoforo n. 4, Guests can ask the doorman of the next building (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call the maid (Emi) who is always available at home. The doorman Shiran is always on site Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Guests can also press button no. 7 on the intercom: There is always someone at home ready to welcome them. The Host lives in the same building and ensures his constant presence and availability in receiving guests upon their arrival. 2) Check-in at different times In the event that Guests arrive at any time of the day or night, it will be advisable to notify the Host in advance and agree on an approximate arrival time. In any case, the Host is always available 24 hours a day either on Airbnb or on his personal phone (+39 339 31 99 131). ON THE DAY OF THEIR ARRIVAL, GUESTS WILL ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE TO WELCOME THEM. CHECK OUT Normally the apartment must be vacated, on the day of check-out, no later than 11:00 a.m. - noon (12:00 p.m.). It will be the responsibility of the Host to promptly notify Guests of the possibility of checking out even later, where required, compatible with the calendar and needs of the Property. Guests can check out independently, without waiting for the Host, by following the instructions below: Upon their departure, Guests can leave the house keys on the dining table, closing the door behind them and promptly notifying the Host. That's it! The Host is always available, where required, to help Guests carry their suitcases out of the apartment. Guests are always allowed to leave, where required, their luggage and personal belongings, even after check-out, in a safe place as long as they need it. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION CHECK IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees their availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees. In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggage and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night. The doorman Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. Guests can also push the n.7 intercom button: there's always someone at home waiting for them. The Host lives in the same building and ensures his constant availability to receive Guests. 2) Any time check-in In the event that Guests arrive at the house at any time of the day or night, it is always a good idea to notify the Host in advance and agree with him on an approximate time. In any case, Guests can contact the Host at any time by airbnb or on his personal telephone (+39 339 31 99 131). One assurance: the day of their arrival, Guests will always find someone waiting for them. CHECK OUT Normally, the apartment should be vacated, the day of check-out, no later than 11 am – 12pm.
