Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Milan

The apartment is very well-located, easy to access and close to the centre as well as train/subway. Niccolo was very responsive and explained things clearly, his recommendations were great and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I was a Milan first-timer and would recommend this place to others. Thanks Niccolo!

Asia is very responsive and easy to communicate with via Airbnb. The location is very good, in a quiet area but only a 15-minute walk or so to the Duomo and most of the major sights. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated that she left some tea and coffee as well as basics like salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Upon arrival the apartment was missing a bathmat as well as bath soap and shampoo, but she had them dropped off very quickly so it was not a problem at all. Asia clearly cares about ensuring that her guests have a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The space is bright and beautifully designed, with great natural light. The neighborhood felt very safe, with secure key access to the building. It was also wonderfully quiet. Another highlight: the location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance.

Great location

The team was great and the place is amazing. You could host a fashion shoot here with the incredible mix of modern and traditional. The color changing ceiling lights are an incredible addition and the projector makes for a nice movie night. They were kind enough to provide us with bath amenities and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you to everyone on the team!

Nice house. We used three beds. My party was four: my mother in her seventies, my brother, my 14 year old niece, and me. Good to cook in the kitchen with lots of plates, pots and pans, silverware. The bathroom was also good and the shower booth drains well. We had good time for three nights. Walking distance to Pam and Carrefour express for getting grocery. Easy access to corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Lorenzo was very responsive and sincere to our questions and difficulties. Definitely will come again when I visit Milano again.

We had a lovely stay at Tommaso’s place in Milan! The apartment is beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable visit to the city. The location is good and made it easy to explore key parts of Milan. Although the AC wasn’t functioning during our visit, Tommaso was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best experience possible. His clear communication and thoughtful check-in instructions made everything smooth. I really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend this stay to others. Five stars! 🌟

Excelente ubicación para los que tenemos actividades en el Centro de Convenciones Micco. A una cuadra un excelente supermercado, a una cuadra el Metro. Zona tranquila, arbolada, iluminada, segura y comunicada. ¡Una joya! Mil gracias Micol.

Perfect location for a Milano stay! We walked to virtually everything - from historic sites to parks to restaurants and clubs. A perfect stay with lots of space and room. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

My husband and I both had a great stay here.Marina went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable.She is one of the kindest , caring hosts we've ever met who genuinely wanted to look after our needs.The big welcome pack was highly appreciated .We can't thank Marina enough.The apartment is on the top floor there is a lift.Good amount of storage space with a functional kitchen.Comfortable bed.There are two lots of windows so we heard no noise at night from the street.Excellant wi-fi and also netflix.Very clean apartment. It was about 30 mins steady walk to the city. Aldi is a bout 10 mins walk away.Lots of restaurants close by.I would 100% recommend to stay here.Its a lovely gem of a place and would stay here again even for a long stay.

This place was exactly what we needed, clean, exactly as described, and in a great location, just minutes from the metro. FDP was lovely and an excellent communicator throughout. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

사진으로 보이는 것보다 집이 더 넓게 느껴졌고 발코니도 있어서 아주 편안했습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 욕실도 아주 청결했어요. 주방 도구들도 매우 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 저는 요리를 하진 않았지만 요리하고 싶은 여행객들에게도 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 또 세탁기(+세제)와 건조기가 마련되어 있어 여행을 마무리하는데 안성맞춤이었습니다. 다만 처음 사용해보아 작동시키는데 조금 어려움이 있어서 설명서 같은 것이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요. 첸트랄레 근처 호텔들이 가격대비 컨디션이 좋지 않다고 느꼈는데, 그에 비해 훨씬 넓은 방에서 적당한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 만족했습니다! 단점은 방음이 완전히 되지 않아 옆집에서 파티를 하는 소리가 잘 들렸습니다.

El alojamiento cumple con creces tanto para una visita rápida a la ciudad cómo para una estancia más larga. Marco, el anfitrión, muy atento a la app y mucha amabilidad a la hora del check-in, puedes comunicarte con él fácilmente tanto en italiano, en español o en inglés. El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y “estratégica” si quieres visitar varios puntos de la ciudad y quieres estar “cerca” de todo en metro o tranvía.
