Great, spacious apartment with 2 separate wings so both groups of guests can have their own space and bathroom. Walking distance to hot pools and ski time restaurant.

Great location we could walk to cafes, restaurants and the mall. It was good to have two bedrooms and a sunny place to sit in the living area. Nice comfortable beds, a good shower and a nice space to be in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard's AirBnB. Pictures and description of the AirBnB is accurate and exact and the space is just nice enough for 3 of us. We immediately felt right at home once we arrived. Richard was responsive and proactive in informing of the check-in details and responding to our enquiries and requests. Richard also left useful notes on the pin board in the house informing us of the town's nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Furnitures and amenities are also very well-maintained and sufficient for our stay. Richard's AirBnB is walkable to the commercial area of the town with multiple restaurants, cafes and pharmacy nearby and New World supermarket only being around 7mins walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit the area again, we would definitely choose to stay at Richard's AirBnB. Would highly recommend everyone to stay!

Great place to stay, a little out of town but stunning views made up for that. Very quiet and peaceful with very good heating. Would have like to stay another night but they were booked out.

We had a great night's stay. very clean & comfortable studio unit. The property is rural but easy to find on GPS and not far from SH1. Gerard & Trish have created a wonderful garden, including native bush, which Gerard showed us around. Nice continental breakfast was also provided, with some of their own produce. Even a couple of Easter eggs as we were there Easter Sunday. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Methven! Sarahs place was perfect for what we were after after our days up the mountain skiing. Super comfortable with amazing sunsets every night, close to town for everything we needed. I highly recommend.

First time to Methven and we loved it. The apartment had everything we needed and was very cozy. Look forward to going back in the winter.

Very clean and everything you need for an affordable one night stay in Methven. It was close to the Opuke hot pools and town which was a great factor. I love a place with self check in and checkout like this, and Tracey had a contact available in case anything was needed.
